I don't think so, I've had 4 EPA noise test's done on my car and never received a 3 strike fine. My last one was in September last year so could have changed since then.

Go the RSR straight through with a resonator, the neighbors will hate you and you wont be flying under the radar but it has the most evil note of any GTR I've had. See the police, clutch in and roll, have not had a problem in years..... It spits flames and we all need that... Do it.

R34 GTR's are not supposed to be run by either an R32 or R33 GTR ECU, maybe something else had been converted to run this computer? What Power FC model did you try?

Give Rob at CREATD MOTORSPORTS a call, he has the quickest 1.8 litre lancer in Australia, it ran 10.18. He tunes Evo's WRX's GTR's all day long. He knows what he is talking about and he's a great tuner. He has around half a dozen Evo's down there at the moment. There number is 9357 7663

Jawrgy, Just take it easy and you wont get pulled over. I bought a gtr before I got my licence, had jap black tint on the rear windows so you could'nt see the rear P plate. Keep your front P plate in your door trim and if you do happen to get pulled over slip it up as you pull over. When they realise you are a P plater they will tell you you dont have your rear plate up. Let them know its there. Once they have seen it they will advise you to keep it on the outside of your window. Its happened to me a dozen times in the 3 year period. This is not to say that when you do get pulled over you wont get fined for driving an over powered vehicle, 125 kw p/t. If they cant see the that green or red sqaure on your window they rarely look twice.
