Just got out of a massive rut where i was training like 3 days a week for a month and a bit and started eating a lot of crap Lost a bit of size not much, but gained a fair bit of fat Started hitting the gym hard again 2 weeks ago and started some AAS again. Up 4kg although it will be all water. Feels good going to the gym again i felt like shit and hated myself when i wasn't going and eating all these chocolates but for some reason i still couldn't go Have a look at this to work out how many calories you need to grow http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=113010 personally i think the diet is too high in protein, but have a look at the way to calculate how many cals u need to eat

Might have been 107 mph i can't remember exactly but my first run was a 13.4 at 113mph edit: yeah i was way off lol these were my times 1st run i ran a 13.4 @ 113mph 2.38 60ft 2nd run was a 12.3 @ 109mph 1.86 60ft 3rd run i ran a 12.1 @ 108mph 1.74 60ft 1st time at the track and had only owned the car for a month aswell
  5. for a comparrison i ran a 12.1 at 103mph full street trim on tyres that were pretty much down to the wires and d2 coilovers. I think my 60 ftr was 1.64 or 1.74 or something that was also with 300rwkw so i am guessing with some decent tyres id probably just get into the 11's. Your car will be making more torque than my 26 though

  8. That poor 32 is high like it's on crack Hopefully it doesn't cost you much to fix up. For a comparrison the commie i ran a 12.1 in my r32 gtr at my first time at the drags and only 3 runs i had only owned the car for 2 weeks aswell lol so i am guessing i could break an 11, that was with 300rwkw. Not sure you would break into the 11's with your commie on street tyres though, slicks you should be able to do it

  11. Cool, the aircon works so i'll definately do that. Oil was changed 2,500km ago. Does it still need to be changed? The car is leaking coolant somewhere so is there any point changing it? Is it a corrosion thing? I was just thinking of letting it sit there for the year and then change the coolant and oil once i start it up again. Bad idea?

  13. To cut a long story short i was being a dick and lost my licence for a year. I'm wondering if i should just leave the car sitting in the garage for a year or start it up and get someone to take it around the block once a week. Car is leaking coolant and clutch is nearly gone so i was thinking better to leave it sitting until i get my licence back and then get these things fixed up. Any issues with letting it sit there for a year? Anything i should do before hand and after?

  19. Yes it is, but a person on gear can train for longer. I would love to see a natural person train for 2 hours and pump out similar weight at the end of those 2 hours to what he did at the start compared to someone with chemical assistance. It's not possible, you are burnt out within 45 mins - hour generally.

  21. Yeah of course you have to work harder to get the gains becuase there is no chemical assistance, but you wouldn't be able to train as long as someone on steroids would. How hard you push is up to the individual person wether you are on roids or not. Anyone can be lazy and punch out an easy weight.

  23. True, but they wouldn't be getting big, they would be increasing at a rate that they would have been naturally if they were doing everything right. That's why people should be training naturally for a few years so they know what they are doing to get the max out of their cycle once they hit it. The receptors will be nice and fresh and you will grow faster than your penis when your about to slay some chick lol.
