Cops didn't tell me who he was I figured it out by myself, asking mates etc. dick heads like that always open their mouth. Anyway he got away but they know who he is too, have his prints etc. My info was a bit wrong. The guy who lives near me spotted out the car to his mate who lives in keilor downs stole it but they were in it together. Chick at my mums work is married to a detective at sunshine apparently and my car has a fair bit of damage apparently. Haven't got an official call from the police yet, but I'll have a shower and breakfast then give them a call. Hopefully it's not too badly damaged

My gtr was taken from my driveway between 2 and 6 am this morning. Most likely tow job unless I forgot to turn kill switches on, probably would of heard it drive away anyway. Nah they can still get you in your driveway, have heard of someone waking up to a yellow sticker on his car one day lol. Can't dick them for trespassing either unless you are home to tell them to get off your property. Unless they jumped a locked gate / fence to get to your property. As for the drinking, for some reason this came up when i was doing my security course. If you are involved in an accident, go home and have a couple of drinks and the police come knocking asking for a breath sample and you read over, you're screwed even if it was a couple of hours later. Can also be done if you're drunk and sitting in your car in your driveway with the keys in the ignition. Yep, exactly what happened with me Also depends on what vicroads you go to and who's working there. I've been defected twice for height and once for tyres. They only ever checked the car once and that was for tyres. My most recent was height in the gtr, guy at vicroads basically said the cops were kents for giving me a major just for height. He then he stamped it and i went on my way, didn't check it at all.

I bought my car from qld. Fuel rail, injectors turbos, exhaust power fc, cam gears etc etc and they didn't even want to look at it. Just call up, tell them you bought a car from nsw and ask whats needed to be done..they most likely won't check it unless its been in an accident before or was a defect machine in melbourne
