  2. hi guys i am encountering a problem. i have a rb20det in a 1983 mitsubishi galant (sigma) and i recently changed the stock ecu to the power fc djetro. it was tuned and everything but i am realizing the the rev limit is not saving when the car is switched off . i did a test and set it to 4000rpm on the hand held controller switched off the car, started back and it set back to 8000rpm. any help would be appreciated i went through this post and also through http://paulr33.com/. but i still cant find an answer. i looked at all the wiring diagrams i could google and everything looks like it is wired correct . next question will the tune as well be erased or it is it just the rev limiter . thanks in advance

  12. I want to upgrade the stock turbo on my rb20 det. I have to motor in a 1983 mitsubishi sigma , got the motor from a r23 gtst skyline. i was consedering upgrading to the vg30 det turbo, from the 300zx, the single turbo( ball bearing )300zx, not the twin turbo 300zx. these are the details and modifications done so far: stock engine internals 18"x12"x3" front mounted intercooler 2.5" intercooler piping 3"free flow exhaust IS300 Apexi N1 Exhaust 5frd manual gear box (rebuilt) exedy street and strip clutch ecu flashed mitsubishi sigma 2000 rear end (diff) 4-1 ratio but soon to change to a r32 rear end iridium spark plugs #9 walbro external fuel pump. cost is a factor, that is why i am thinking of the vg 30 turbo, so any help or advice, thanks
