Is this even strictly skyline only or can non-skylines attend too ?

oh i see. cool. will check back to see ur progress. i hate squats, it hurts my back so i leg press instead lol. i remember when i first started i was stuck on 50-70kg bench press for like a year.never did legs, deadlifts etc. Once i started squatting, deadlifts etc bench pressing went from 70kg at 4 reps to like 100kg with 4 reps in like 4 months. was after like almost 2.5 years of no gym work too! my 1 rep max is like 140kg or 145kg but that was like 2 or so months ago. i should try it again. damn i need to catch up to my mate who is pulling out 3x 160kg....damn it! lol (i wanna be able to BP double my body weight )

haven't read ur entire thread, just wondering...why are you doing so many sets? Is BP bench press? 16 sets of bench pressing? isnt that a bit excessive? and only 1 at 100kg? im sure u can do more!

what are ur plates? To OP, plates are worth whatever the buyer is willin to pay for it....(but damn...if ur considering payin 15k for a set of plates....then come to me and ill MAKE a piece of metal with skyline written on it and charge you ONLY 1ooo K hahaha....15k is so not worth it..)

watergardens is like WAY differnt from 10 years ago! like 5 times the size now! lol yeah sails are on the new upper level carpark, its new. maybe getting to almost 2 years now.ill cycle there tmr night and take photo then in that exact location! watergardens- taylors lakes.. (bit further out then st albans in the west!)
