  2. Nice troubleshooting work there Stocky
  3. Or enough left over for a datalogit
  4. Wow - under 10:1 AFR.. Did you notice black smoke coming out the back or any black marks on the rear bumper?
  5. My feeling (I have never done it BTW) is to try a R33 RB25 PFC - it has the same number of airflow and EGO sensors.. from what I can see on the wiring diagrams, just swap the injector triggers around, and run the correct impedance injectors.
  6. Thats just stupid... By comparison, ive presonally seen 230kw at the front tyres out of an internally stock 1.6 litre B16a Honda on 18psi.. and 5 years down the track the car is still getting around on the original motor!
  7. How much without the rims? have you got any stockers that you can supply?
  8. Which track is that in the photo?
  9. Awesome 'towel' thanks Scott - Ive got it up on the wall right now
  10. That makes sense to me.. All the 1st, 2nd and 3rd order harmonics would fall right in that range. Cheers, Matt PS - I paid a fair bit more than that for my chassisear, though its the 6 channel one. Only bad thing is trying to get my fat hand far enough under the inlet manifold
  11. Its also got a notch filter as well so that you only hear the frequency that knock occurs at (which you can configure) rather than hearing all the other noises as well. Would be interesting to compare the price of this to a chassisear.
  12. I just found this link, Apprently its a knock listening devicethat was developed for the Gibson/Winfield GT-R's back in the Group A days. http://www.theknockbox.com.au/ Cheers, Matt
  13. From what I know, SK is running a single turbo with a single Q45 AFM and single lambda sensor on his engine. You can use the GT-R injectors as long as you have the GT-R resistor pack installed with them too. Im sure SK can correct this/elaborate more. Cheers, Matt
  14. This sounds like great info here - saves having to purchase the more expensive AP Engineering version
  15. Yes, thats exactly correct, problem is that you will have heaps of boost but very little power, hence the compromise.
  16. Increasing timing wont reduce your boost threshold. In fact It will do the opposite. There is a big compromise here between lag and power.
  17. Here's proof hes a cheat - hes obviously trying to hide the NOS bottle here...
  18. Relaxed atmosphere? A bunch of Skylines owners turning up at a V8 drag day? Hmm.... Thanks for the invite though
  19. I had a white T shirt and a camera... I was the one that wolf whistled back at your car Moanie Pics coming soon... Actually, thats me in the right hand side of the pic of the Top Secret GT-R lol!!
  20. Err... MORE RPM? 10,950 isnt enough? Hehehe
  21. No, you'll obviously have more power on a cold day at the tyres. A properly run dyno running properly set up temperature compensation knows this and will correct the values so they appear to be the same. Dyno Dynamics software shows these corrections along the bottom of the screen. Edited for typo
  22. You could argue that you never drive on full boost on the street, so since the wastegate is always shut, then its not illegal at all???
  23. Well, I wouldnt want to test it myself...
