  3. Apparently just asks for power figures and what planet everyone is from On topic, saw this car on SCC, personally i dont usually like the S1's but i found myself staring at this quite alot on the day very nice car Gl with sale mate
  4. Is it also neccissary for the tyres to be stretched for the 12" rims to fit on a GT-T? Wouldnt have thought it was possible without some serious guard work?
  5. pretty sure miso (PWND) has 215's on his 10" rims, so id say yes..............but why lol
  6. Ill probably come, been a couple of weeks now
  7. Thanks Phil, i worked it out via google anyway but atleast its in the thread now for future lol. Magic1 - Was your car in the light for the sun sensor? And with the PBR, i took it appart and found that it had sparked out somehow and a little tab had bent from this, bent it back, cleaned it up, put everything back and problem solved If its broken then you cant break it anymore from trying to fix it, always worth trying before replacing lo
  8. Haha jealous
  9. And then into the passenger cabin
  10. lol but you appear to be selling them?
  11. Yea my mate suggested that, but it wasnt, i moved the connections closer while i was there anyway. But it turned out to be the ballast that has gone I figured it was broken anyway and started digging at the silicone to try fix it. I soon realised it was NOT gonna work haha. However, i filled it back up with silicone and put the plate back on and its now less temprimental but still not reliable. New HID kit it is
  12. What brand is the HID kit and what is the colour temperature?
  13. 18's would be nice but i still love the 17's lol
  14. Yea i heard the globes can do this, just seems strange for them to work perfectly when theyre on or not atall :S Anyway ill give it a try, thanks mate
  15. little late i know, but to answer your question about LMGT4's on a standard looking 33, Heres mine
  16. Hey guys, Couple of nights ago, i realised my driver side headlight was out, and as far as im aware, theyre not a cheap kit so i was pretty supprised. So anyway, when i got to a set of traffic lights i played with the headlight switch a little, turned them off and on a few times and about the third time it came back on. Now usually to start with it wont come on but eventually if i play with the switch long enough it will go on and it will stay on. Ive been over all the connections to check for something loose but it all seems normal and doesnt seem to be the problem Just want to know if anyone else has experienced this with their headlights before, and what the solution was?
  17. This is me lol Fair point about never knowing about previous damages and repairs, but if i dont know, then it cant bother me
  18. That sucks, id lose it if somebody crashed into mine I guess it depends on how extensive the damage is, and how much you care about having a car with repaired damage. Personally im picky as with my cars, and i wouldnt want a repair done on anything serious. There are plenty of 33's out there so if your not too attached to it and its not anything special, id get another one, but thats me
  19. LOL at "other guy" And yea hers is the v8 anyway, forgot to mention. Its not BAD, it just takes its time to actually change gear lol Probably seems terrible to me when i drive it because i drive a manual 33 everywhere, but i was just curious as to wether they tightened things up a little in the later models. I know my mate has a turbo soarer and the auto has a shift kit in it which makes it change instantly, so if they changed anything it wouldnt have been major im sure
  20. JB?? They serve Jim beam in there now!? im gettn there early lol
  21. Sorry to bring up the fact that my mum drives a soarer Eps lol But the auto box has a pretty major lag in gears changing up if you floor it, its a 92 model though, did the later ones not have this?
  22. Coil compressors wouldnt be better than cutting the springs as a last resort? lol
  23. I had the same thing with a car after a new clutch was put in, had to take it back to them about 3 times to have the gearbox taken BACK out. Ended up being the clutch itself being faulty (thats what they told me), but obviously something was out of balance, which is why it is worst at a very certain rpm. But i would certainly NOT be taking to somewhere else first because when the cause is found, the garage that installed the clutch could then say it was the other garage that did it etc etc So at very least, take it back, take them for a drive to show them the problem and see what they say before you do anything else Anyway hopefully it all gets sorted without too much hassle, good luck mate
