  1. Lol. yeah it took me awhile to get it down to that time. When I said 10 attempts, I meant in 10 different sittings (each sitting could've entailed around 10 laps each try), so it actually took me like a few weeks. Reason why I didn't go nos, stage 3 weight reduction and qualifying tyres was that a 1:29 was very hard to do with that setup so it was a pretty decent challenge, hence why I kept at it until I got it under 1:30. I've still got the replay for that time saved onto the ps2 memory card if you want to check it out. I'm not sure how to get it from the memory card and upload it on to here though. Any ideas?
  2. They would have to offer some form of insurance for freight/faulty items etc. I will find out by emailing both streeter and nengun first before committing to purchase then. Just to keep you happy. I just want to make sure that I am getting the best possible freight/warranty/insurance etc if I'm gonna be dropping that amount of money on rims, and if I have to pay a bit more to receive that reassurance then so be it.
  3. Well I really can't be f**ked with e-mailing, waiting for reply for quotes, replying and send part payment etc etc. I just want to click submit, they debit full amount from my card and it's over with. I can understand in the interest of saving money to go through streeter but just a bit worried about what he states on the bottom of his website about how he can't offer any form of insurance (i'm guessing freight as well). So that's why I am just gonna go through nengun.
  4. I'm about to order some Gram Lights from nengun.com and I'm a bit confused about the disk type I should be choosing when selecting the rim size (A, B or C). I clicked on the link for Vehicle Specifications in the additional information tab on the page where you choose sizes/offset etc. but cannot find my car on that page for reference. If anyone can shed any light on this, then please do. My car is a 1992 R32 Skyline Type-M with the standard Type-M (4-pot) brakes and will be rolling/lipping my guards more before fitment. I was looking to buy 2x 18x9" in a +22 offset (disk B) and 2x 18x10" in a +10 offset (disk A). Just worried that if I buy them and try to fit them, then run into caliper clearance issues etc. I'd be pretty pissed. Thanks.

Yellow 32 GTS-t broke down in front of my cousins house along st albans road about 2 hours ago. Went outside to help him out cause one of his heater hoses split and was starting to cook the car.
  6. No worries. I asked my mate about them and he reckons they're quite rare apparently.
  7. I'm pretty sure they're Rays Nismo LM GT1. Think they used to come on all 400R skylines.
  8. I recently took off my 17" Volk AV3's and temporarily fitted 18" Speedy Cheetahs and noticed a slight power decrease. I'm guessing that's due to the Japanese rims being lighter in weight. Wasn't very much but certainly noticable, so should be the same during a dyno run? I'm replacing those Cheetahs with Gram Lights next month anyway so hopefully I can reclaim that lost (1.5kw? ) power.

Only saw it for a second or two but I believe it was a Millenium Jade R34 GTR (Vspec NUR) around 2:30pm today driving along bay st in port melbourne. Everyones heads turned when it drove by. Sounded hot.

Hmm, interesting. That was me... Cheers On that note, I always see a black r33 gtst parked on liardet st in port melb everyday. Once saw a black r34 gtr with no plates parked in the same street. Looked tough.
  11. Welcome. I've been browsing these forums for a while but decided to make an account as well... finally.
  12. Not bad, love Cefiros but I would ditch that auto quick smart!
  13. Well, the head may be an RB25, but the block is an RB30
  14. Not twin anymore. Blown the rear turbo last month (again) so I've had enough and now going back to a single. I just bought a new RB25 high-mount manifold off Kyle (6boost), new turbo and a tial external gate. Been waiting for the manifold to arrive and I only just received it last thurs so everything is going on the car early next week.
  15. I was thinking about using Nengun to purchase Rays wheels. Thing i like is that you can choose custom offsets for every wheel. Let us know how long everything takes and the process involved if you do, as i am considering buying new gram lights myself in the next few months.
  16. Haven't really run the Nurburgring properly but I got addicted to the Tokyo Route: 246 (Normal) track. Car was a 2002 Honda NSX-R with stage 2 weight reduction, R2/R2 tyres, no nos and horsepower rating of 484bhp (maxed). I managed a best of 1:29.925 after 10 or so attempts. If anyone has beat it then let me know, cause i will pull out the old ps2 and try to better it
