Yeah, a catch can that hasn't been installed properly can cause abnormal crankcase pressures dude. There's a massive guide somewhere on this forum about all the possible ways to correctly plumb in a catch can. Can't remember the thread name but just search "oil catch can" and it'll find something.

Hi, I have a Nismo BNR32 In-Tank Fuel Pump laying around which I stripped and kept from my old R32 prior to selling the rolling shell. I plan to upgrade the fuel system soon on my S15 so I'm going to install it on that car. It was purchased brand new last year and used for roughly 5000kms on the old car. My question is, it's been sitting in my spare room left uncovered for around 5 months but is it okay to install straight on to my new car? Or do I have to clean/flow it in some way first before installation? Also, it has gathered a slight film of dust on one side due to it sitting there for so long, can I wipe it clean with just a damp cloth? Thanks.

Spotted a Gunmetal Grey BNR32, plates GDZGTR (I think) in Epping parked on the same street that my mrs lives on. Used to see it driving around every now and again but this is the first time I've spotted it stationary. Feel so left out these days because I drive an S15 now. But I'm actually still on these forums a lot more than what I'm on NS. Go figure... Maybe someday (hopefully in a few years) I'll sell this and replace it with a Bayside Blue BNR34.
