That's the way a company should be; it's the single most efficient organisation plan and hardly any embrace it. Puts responsibility for productivity and output right into the hands of the employee.

Ours is more f**ked up than that Leigh. Two level office building - bottom level leave at 4:30 on the dot - up top we all leave at 5 (actually usually 5:30). There are more and less important roles on both levels, but the building is divided that way for some f**ked up reason.

Get on it tomorrow. Took a small dive today as profit takers and day traders hit it hard. Some people cashed in options too and left with a profit. Good time to buy while it's down; it'll be back up with a vengeance. Cashed out my original investment so just riding the profit now. Easier to be less emotionally attached to the share price that way. I'm in it for the long term

Yep, it was .35 only 6 days ago. Multiplied itself for 4-5 days in a row now. A lot of the time it doesn't work like that. You jump on it and bang, corrects itself for a loss. But this share has been handled very strategically by the CEO with their release of news. Many investors in the stock still believe it's way undervalued too, so if you have a spare grand...
