  1. Magic mark, I didn't think we'd hit it until Monday. People taking their positions for expected news in a few days time? I really want to sell for that inevitable drop and take some easy profits, but they won't be life changing not will losing them - the long run certainly could be though. In for glory.
  2. Let's be real, if 88E hits $1 you'll be punching a wall for selling the day before
  3. Those GTR prices though
  4. Please sell
  5. Well you know old mate was just sitting there with tow hook in hand waiting for 3:31 to hitch
  6. Ordering a 30 cent cone and asking for a tray with it; memories
  7. But does that mean you can't use it in an emergency because you're not parked?
  8. What's wrong with the handbrake?
  9. For advice that seems so obvious, few seem to put it into practice... Though to be a technical asshole if the company folds your shares and assets cease to exist so you can really lose money even if you don't sell lol
  10. Speaking of...if you didn't flog off your 88E shares, your last top up must be looking alright now?
  11. I'm now in 88E profit again for the first time in quite some months - testament to the rule of paper losses and never selling at a loss (unless you have a really, really good reason or are buying back in again lower). A small packet I bought at 1.8 has nearly trebled. Ever since putting into practice don't sell at a loss, I haven't lost a cent on and shares. Unless the company fks up monumentally they will all generally increase over time as they progress their own goals. There's not many investments that take so little effort on your part and produce such a large ROI.
  12. 64,000 acres?
  13. Now the dilemma begins again: whether to sell before news drop which historically has resulted in drops/crashes, with the intention to buy back in lower...or hang on for the chance that the news drop is amazing.
  14. Just putting it out there - told ya'll to pick up 88E at 1.8 cents when it dropped on well close, on the basis of a ramp up before it opens again. 4.2 and counting...
  15. I think Dandenong is a good investment in future value because it's more inner than Narre, some parts shared with Rowville and Noble Park, but still suffers from being crime ridden and a lower sociodemographic that keep the prices down. Major business hub and large shopping plaza. For me it'd only be a question of time / when that image will shift. Could take another 7-10 years. Another winner IMO is Carrum Downs - this was our suburb of choice until the Narre place popped up. 5ish minutes from beachside suburbs which have gone nuts...and depending where you buy in it, you're parked next to peninsula link and eastlink. Big old blocks of land that will one day be subdivided to the shit. They're getting snapped up.
  16. Land in the outer suburbs including Casey has increased by 39% in the last 12 months to a median of 392k for a block. Ridiculous. Should see the property Leesh's parents just bought in Perth - brand new and about twice the size of our house, both the land and building size, for same cost.
  17. Glad we got into the market last year, home is increasing in value nearly faster than I earn...effectively getting priced out of the suburb. Have to buy in just to stay on the wave with the rest of the property market. Assuming no bubble bursting etc.
  18. Having never been to Japan I can honestly say it's overrated
  19. They're still getting their heads around it Sorry it's a day or two late
  20. You must be viewing SAU from a computer
  21. It's bittersweet finding it not torched. Nothing really consoling about finding your molested pride and joy. You couldn't be more right regarding insurance and putting faith only in your self. Run with the mentality that if they really want it and have enough time, they will get it. Everything else you do is just a time delay for them. Therefore insurance is a must. I'm bitterly prepared for the day my car finally gets taken and I'm up to four attempts at theft of it. It's unfortunately part of owning one of these vehicles and the insurance companies know it hence ridiculous premiums on them. Not meaning to do that thing where everyone brings up their own story of woe, but my motorbike got pinched from my communal apartment carpark in the middle of the day where half the neighbors were home and know my face. They didn't hear the ear piercing disc brake lock, or stop to ask questions, or even tell me if they heard or saw anything. Thieves take advantage of this 100%. So yeah, unfortunately you learned those lessons the hard way. But chin up. They are just tangible possessions and their disappearance or damage won't erase the memories you have of the good times and the things that matter most to you.
  22. How hasn't CCTV evolved past the point of blurry faces yet
  23. You should be able to run the standard 0.8mm gap from the BCPR6ES without issues
  24. That's interesting, I thought all VQ35s ran electronic
