    As for AD08R vs AD08...it's written on the side wall of the tyre, quite literally AD08 or AD08R

    AD08Rs do need a little warmup. I will spin them quite easily in the first 10 minutes of driving. After that the grip gets dramatically better. You might also like to drop the pressures for the strip. Though interestingly I found AD08Rs had better off the line grip with higher pressures (around 38psi) than lower (around 36).

    Best kit is the glassy lite one because it has the best sealant. Have to be careful with the sealant application - really need to give it its dry 24 hours to properly set. Once you've done that it will last at least a year depending on climates and how harsh the washes are that you use on your headlights. You can also use toothpaste and a toothbrush or paper towel to do your headlights, then add a sealant on top of that.

    Yeah I might not have written that clear enough, but it was very much a warning to people seeing other industries getting replaced with immigrant workers and thinking it won't happen to them. Including the management who hired/outsourced them in the first place.
