How is 5k a good price for mag wheels? D1R are mag wheels but you wouldn't pay 5k for them

Easy to make KPIs for the department as a whole or the marketing manager. But we are getting individual KPIs which just doesn't work when we all share the workload around randomly and work comes in randomly streamed down from product dev team and sales team. e.g. There's no realistic or useful KPI for how good product packaging I design is, or how successful our trade shows are, short of surveying customers and getting a percentage of likes - which we don't do and never will. Worse yet they've hand balled us the task of writing our own KPIs which isn't open to exploitation at all. Dumb.

A La Bouffe on Toorak road is a nice little French bar/bistro - you can get steak and chips there and your missus can meddle with the fancier dishes they serve. Wasn't too pricey from memory. Being French, they have awesome desserts too.

Fuel pump changed - so damn quiet now. 040 bliss Surprisingly the part that should have been easy; pulling the plastic retaining collar off, was a prick and required a $40 wrench (no getting that off by hand - still needed a heap of force on my long ratchet). And the part that took me 2 hours last time I changed the pump; trying to hook the fkin pump arm onto the bracket, was done in about 5 minutes. Fuel hoses in the tank were splitting near the hose clamps, within the nipple and still airtight so should be okay, but might need a longer term solution for that. Alas Pirtek aren't open at 9pm.

Do it enough times in life and it is, good pocket money at least but then we ain't all on dem overtime rates What I like is that I could sell 3 bottles and the remaining will be paid for so it's almost free goods, just a small amount of effort.
