  1. This sounds very family first talk
  2. Switched to it about 3 times I reckon I have taken the precaution of pickling the fuel system in 98 when I've gone long periods of not driving, but it is a daily driver so that's rare. I think having old tanks of E85 is no good...if it hasn't been driven for ages I would empty it and refill.
  3. Ultimately a car is worth what it sells for and that's it. If it changes hands for 125k then that's what it's worth; if the price has to drop to 60k to move it then so be it, that's the car's new value. That's supply and demand. No point speculating until it sells. So we'll do the right thing by the seller and potential buyers and bow out of the thread with discussion not related to actually buying it. There is a suitable thread in the wasteland for discussing for sale threads without impeding on them, we can continue this there if need be.
  4. Side feed Converting to top feed is like wearing a mini skirt You're asking to get raped Come at me feminists
  5. Then you gonna drive it?

  9. Obviously forgot to rebuild your head... Sell it!
  10. That's weird, as long as I have two hours between last meal and gym, doesn't matter how big the meal, I'm good to go. I eat in big quantities for this reason. 1kg of pasta, 2-3 tuna sandwiches, 600gm steak etc.
  11. Now go lift like an animal for the next two days I always find the day before's eating to be indicative of my performance in the gym
  12. inb4 Vic wasteland discussions of clarity and cut VVS2WL

  18. I can truck turbo your cat
  19. Too much money would be Hey guys I have a few 2016 GTRs that I don't need anymore, will pay you $50 to come take them away along with their respective Alpha kits
  20. Then I think your charger isn't running high enough boost Assuming same torque at same RPM, all the turbo really does is roll on the same torque progressively
  21. Why don't you supercharger guys just use 1/8th throttle and roll it on progressively faster if you miss the turbocharger feel
  22. HG > Garrett He uses Garrett cores in his BBs anyway, so it's really no contest if he's finding a way to improve on their designs with his own housings Excellent turbos and I would buy 8 of them if I had 5k to spare
  23. Manufacturers usually calibrate the speedo to the standard tyre diameter and make it read a little bit high so that they aren't responsible for people's speeding fines.
  24. Let's not use confusing terms that could be interpreted differently. Speedo runs off the gearbox output shaft, so it takes its reading based solely on engine rpm and the gear selected, irrespective of what's happening at the tyres and diff. Therefore, 2000rpm in 5th will always make the speedo read the same speed (say ~80km/h) no matter what size tyres or diff ratio you have. Increase your tyre diameter and the vehicle physically goes faster but the speedo reading stays the same. So if your speedo reads high, putting on larger tyres will make it more accurate. If it reads low, putting on larger tyres will make it more inaccurate.
