  1. Even if they could, or they could do all sorts of wondrous things...I bring it back to my argument that the average athlete will see little benefit from the feedback. There's so much more middle ground to be made up from the lift/eat/rest categories before anyone would need to touch one to improve their training.
  2. That's the plane I took to Canberra last visit, fkin awful turbulence on it in non turbulent conditions. I researched the plane model before I boarded and, as it turns out, one of them has crashed every 6 months for the last decade...and it had been about 7 months since the last crash, so I was a tad nervous. But here we are again.
  3. Repairing scrapes on that Lambo's lip probably costs more than your daily haha
  4. Actually I seriously do just remember what I did last time lol. It doesn't take much practice, but it's probably easy for me because I only do 4 exercises and 4-7 sets for each including warmup.
  5. Yeah something about it didn't quite look real and the guy didn't thrash about nearly as much as I thought he would have / compared to other imolation videos I've seen...but then what do I know. The flames looked a bit excessive.
  6. Video has surprisingly good production value, looks more like a college arthouse short Massive step up from the 8mm terrorists of yesteryear And yeah, these guys are very quickly gonna end up with the world on their doorstep
  7. All of this is, again, technology for the sake of technology. Cool concept and what fitbit and co will eventually evolve into...but do we really need a watch to count how many reps we pushed out...if so, you're missing the mental edge that comes from knowing how many reps you've done and how fat off a pb you are. It also wouldn't track form for both arms during a bench press, for example. I could think of a hundred other faults in relying on such technology. Pointless analysis in a society obsessed with facts and figures instead of trusting our senses which are yet to be rivaled for efficacy. Utter waste of time. And that food printer sounds make believe...fresh ingredients? Except that 3D printing takes hours and hours even for simple things. /rant
  8. Is it that hard to call up your ISP and cancel service
  9. lol suge knight
  10. Might have one for you in a couple months Plus E85 for responsive lulz
  11. As soon as I can lol Was supposed to be next Monday but just saw email from Chris saying it'll have to be later in the week cause of PI catch up
  12. I left it in Canberra It was pretty scratched / crapped anyway
  13. There are JUN style carbon lips on eBay for $400, whilst I don't wanna spend that much on a lip, that's what the series 3 guy was chasing for his with slight cracks underneath it. Wonder how it'd look. Wish I could find a series 1, that looked the best.
  14. Are brake ducts different across series? I have my series 1 ducts. Either my eyes are shit or I can't tell the difference between the S1/2 and S3 aesthetically.
  15. Anyone know if 33R series 3 lip will fit a series 1/2?
  16. Agreed
  17. How the f**k is E10 98 cents a litre and E85 is 101.9 if the ethanol content in E10 is what makes it cheaper than unleaded Slowly starting to hate United
  18. It's bullshit that they don't even attempt delivery Have had that happen before and I think the guy got in trouble for doing it all the time
  19. I call the big one Bitey
  20. Mono meaning one And rail meaning rail
  21. Best mate's wife is a town planner...
  22. I do actually. It sounds like taking it easy works for rehabilitation...funny that!
  23. Yeah, I have no doubt some people received early warning about changes to zoning. There's that possibility and likelihood I guess, that the original occupant of the house was made an irresistible offer of 2 million for their home by an "astute" buyer who knew the rezoning was going to happen 13 months later...
  24. I need to cash in on this and sell out Australia too. Find me a house on land that will be zoned commercial and then insta sell to Asians for 5 mil
  25. Haha everyone's dream. These are counter-cooperative goals. One requires food to build muscle, the other requires less food to shed weight. However, you can do one and end up with the other (hint: it's not the easy one). Pick one and stick to it. If you think you have enough muscle and will look good if you were to lean down right now, then do a carb cut (your energy levels at the gym are gonna suck) and do volume training with moderate to heavy weights at the gym to smash calories. If you don't think you'd look good now and want more muscle, the good news is that you can stuff your face with more food than you're eating now, and lift more weight for more reps - you'll develop more muscle, which will in turn burn more calories in a resting state, leaning you up without touching your diet. Pretty cool hey?
