  1. Hang in there soldiers. My shoulder injury from nearly 2 years ago has made amazing improvements over the last 12 months. Still gives me very minor inflammation, but nothing distracting. And I thought the healing was as good as it would get after the first 6 months. I even smashed my old pre-injury PB on bench only a few months ago. Some shit just takes a long time to heal, but many of these injuries can be come back from provided good rest and rehabilitation, healing the injury around mobility movements etc. 4 specialists couldn't find anything visibly or physically wrong in spite of some pretty painful inflammation, so after 6 months I had resigned myself to it being a lifelong injury for me. Not so! The body can do amazing things overtime, things that science is yet to touch on
  2. Sounds like the good old infraspinatus Mitchell
  3. Keep it in perspective though, all those reviews are written by people who spend $115 on performance tyres
  4. So...after many hours they finally did what you originally asked them to?
  5. They should learn how to ride motorbikes. Much more road awareness created by learning those skills along with an appreciation for how fragile human beings are on the road, on a bike or in a car. Forgotten very easily in the daily routine activity of driving.

  9. Hey it's not everyday you get to have your car f**ked by a professional driver Muhahahah
  10. This Having seen these days first hand, I would do one over regular track day anytime So much more time on the track and spaced out They do have some pretty well known V8 drivers there coaching; that's a pretty cool drawcard on it's own I haven't flagged since I didn't turn up to the last one...completely forgot about it lol
  11. Then there are people who simply wouldn't live without one or have found a way to enjoy it all the time and make it happen
  12. Bikes don't need justification, most people who own them ride a few times a year. Everyone got their reason for riding...for me it's the best shot of adrenaline to get you out of a slump or a shitty day. Unless you buy new or euro, they don't depreciate as quick as cars and anything under 10k almost hardly depreciates unless you whack a lot of km on it. I'll be honest though, most people I know with a bike, myself included, are always in two minds...do I keep it or do I sell it. The latter when they aren't riding it, but when they are, they're thinking why the f**k would I get rid of this.
  13. Looks like I'm booking in the 19th of December with a couple mates, bring it on If all goes well I'll likely be doing Jan 5th after that /pielinesaustralia
  14. inb4 more VWL people own bikes than Skylines
  15. Strong negative correlation
  16. Sorry brah Think the time to be subtle would have been if we had just broken up lol
  17. +1 I'd be much more confident in my car around PI than on my bike and have taken neither there. But that's the reason I want my bike there...gonna be insanely fun.
  18. The segregation doesn't reflect the laptimes of skilled riders. They do it thusly to divide the numbers evenly for groups. It's just that there are heaps more riders above 2 minutes than there are below - lots of people learning or just giving track days a go and it does take a decent amount of skill to get a bike sub 2 minutes around PI. Ex did a 1:44 on her modified CBR1000 and she was very good at riding. Think the lap record for a bike is a touch under 1:30 and most of the Moto GP bikes are a second or two slower than that by average lap times in a race.
  19. lol at people asking blood money for high km, shitty condition R31s these days They are the rare collectible that nobody wants
  20. He already dropped his tank when he hit that curb with his VT spack amiright
  21. From memory white is slow / inexperienced, green is moderate / experienced (2 minutes and above laptimes), red is balls out / below 2 minutes.
  22. Object fixation is a bitch Never look at where you don't want to go lol, at least until you're experienced enough to control the bike independently of your vision
  23. You don't need new anything, you need a fuel system that supports the flow capacity If your current stuff can do that then you can keep it New lines and rail are unnecessary, pump and injectors is all that really needs an upgrade assuming your current ones are unfit
  24. No it doesn't
