Bench will give you decent looking shoulders as long as balanced with rows and deads to prevent hunching. If you're bodybuilding you might want something more substantial, with overheads and rear delt work. And that's not to say there aren't strength benefits from adding exercises like shoulder press, but you can easily do without and get decently strong with good looking shoulders. Can't really go wrong with a price/quality scale if a product has been around for years. You may not get the best value but will still be a good gift so who cares. Can buy Blue Label JW which is a bit more realistically priced than it used to be, but at least most people know what it is and what it's worth. People still say it's overpriced and that something like Chivas is better, but I'm no expert...I've given more of the shit away than drunk it.
