I used to think this way, but when you consider what else is around for the same money and the quality of it (or lack thereof), they aren't a bad buy if you can forget how old it is. Think it's more a case of the other cars in the Skyline range being undervalued for what they are. You get a lot more car than $6k worth when you buy a 33 GTS-T for example. Mine is bulletproof, or has been anyway, at nearly 20 years old. Meanwhile, people with brand new Volkswagens that don't look any good, are slower and breaking in 6 months...New cars suck so much ass that I'll prolly buy 90s and early 00s cars for the rest of my life

There are heaps of stockish ones dude, be patient and something will come. Impatience is the way to a lemon. The perfect car doesn't jump out in the month you have the money for it. I don't even like looking for specific cars because there's always an apprehension you'll rush in and buy one and a better model could come along. I tend to wait until something jumps out at me even if it takes 4 years before I change cars, but I've never bought something problematic or regretful. As for stock, well that's a bit of a buyer's fallacy anyway. Unless you're putting the thing in a shed for collection, you will undoubtedly end up modifying it one day and spending bucketloads of money to make it essentially the same as every other 34R. People used to do it with 33 GTS-Ts, demanding a stock car and paying heaps more for it because they want to modify it their own way...only to end up doing exactly what everyone else does with them: spend what the car cost them on a high flow turbo, exhaust, front mount, injectors, ecu, Z32, 040 and PFC. Buy someone else's moneypit and save from the get go...that's why that silver one would have been perfect hey...

Well I actually said there are plenty of 34Rs out there, so I don't see how that's in any way wrong. No need to rush into it, if someone else buys it in the meantime they will go through the same hoops you have. Plenty of 34Rs out there.

On that note, I had food in Singapore that was better than a lot of stuff I've found in Melbourne and I also had some disgraceful food there that was worse than anything I've had in Melbourne. There's millions of restaurants in the world and billions of tastes.

You can get individual meals but it's set out like a sharing plates menu, hence the communal looking bench tables...so just order a few dishes etc.
