  1. Troy is like a drug dealer without the drugs You're the reason they have anti-drug "say no" propaganda in primary schools
  2. Emergency exit seats? Normally $60 each way upgrade. They screwed Leesh with luggage on the flight over so have to have words with them
  3. The toppings contain potassium benzoate
  4. N/A are worth more anyway; why devalue it by spending money and putting a turbo on it lol Backwards world we live in
  5. Would also like details of said 31 shitbox
  6. P.S. Junk should not be in a man's face any longer than necessary, thus only in an emergency where it's a choice between a heavy bar coming down on the chest/neck and having some guy's nuts in your face, should you elect to have a spotter help you...and even then...tough call...
  7. lol, couple weeks ago I saw a spot n twat combination going at it for 100kg bench. Helped him a lot from the push off right up until the last rep, and all the reps were shallow; about half way to the chest. I thought, what's the point, are you gonna go home and say you benched 100 for x reps? Bet he couldn't do one on his own. Drop it to 90kg and do it properly fgt. Spotter there to save you, not to do it for you! I turned away before the set finished because I didn't want to hear the cringeworthy "all you bro" at the end of it.
  8. They don't have to be strong, only enough to make up the 10% or so of strength that the lifter loses at point of failure. Unless they are a shitflamin mongrel and make you do all the work, the bench presser should still be pressing up to help you get the bar up and can still push at least 90% of the weight. I don't see the point to spotting if the spotter is just helping the lifter through their whole set...drop the fkin weight if you can't lift it by yourself. They really should only be there to help you if you are about to drop it on yourself / pushing the last rep out and can't get it by yourself.
  9. Spotters on bench: half of them get it right, the other half swoop in to save you at the slightest sign of a struggle. This is a person who likely has never pushed maximum intensity during their own workout for they see their struggles in your own; a breaking point for failure. Seriously, don't touch the f**king bar until I drop it on my chest!
  10. I don't alley oop, I dunk...from half court. I'm not a businessman, I'm a business, mayne.

  15. Have you given ZMA a go, boz? Been taking them for the last couple of weeks and although I don't notice a significant change like hey presto (unlike melatonin, which was immediately noticeable, whether good or bad effects), since taking the ZMA I seem to be able to last better in the day on insomniac sleep. May have helped with muscle recovery too? Dunno. Will have to test further by hopping off it for a few weeks and then back on. I tend to notice the effects of stimuli more in withdrawal than adding. So many factors affecting performance at the gym; you can seldom reliably test the effects of something on your performance over short term or even long term use. Really need big sampled studies, but even then, you may be one of the people who don't respond to something lol
  16. But Singapore is frikken awesome Cept for dat dere constant sweat or constant freeze
  17. An obstacle I am yet to come across... If my goal is to be where they are, then I would listen. But... There are guys regularly using preworkout who are stronger than me. Also guys stronger than them who don't use it, who I could also listen to. The point here is that, unlike roids, regular use presents no significant benefit over and above a well thought out diet and rest routine. Au contraire...there are plenty of downsides.
  18. I believe that they work... But I don't believe people should use them routinely. And I feel that those using them routinely are the misinformed fools, for they are the ones who believe they need this crutch to help them perform; that stuffing themselves with caffeine and all sorts of weird shit is the only way they can do it. Most strong and well built people don't bother with them on a routine basis...they are the staple diet of the shortcut taker. Every recommendation I've had from someone to try a preworkout has been from someone who does not exceed my lifts or (in my opinion) my appearance, to which my reply for them is always: why, so I can be as strong / as built as you?
  19. 5S camera ftw
  20. He doesn't But the balls in his face do
  21. I'm your trainer...
  22. Pre workout, not even once.
  23. Delicious snacks that taste great and give me long lasting energy for the gymnasium to feed both my muscles and my mind All in the food and rest brah. Exercise Food Rest If you're struggling to perform at the gym and don't have a medical condition or injury, it's one of these. And if it's one of these, then your potential is being held back and a pep drink won't fix that. Wonder how the older guys did it before pre workouts became so mainstream lol
  24. Not yet, you still have another month left on Evo visa
