  1. Look up erythromycin for more info...was prescribed by a doctor under the assumption I had a bacterial infection, and as an alternative to penicillin, which I am allergic too...though honestly I'd take the amoxicillin induced urticaria over the shitstorm that erythromycin hit me with.
  2. I remember getting two for $50 @ LL back In the day
  3. Here for the 13psi party
  4. The only thing I take a torque wrench to is building an engine or gearbox...everything else can be guessed!
  5. People have systems for putting on wheel nuts? Just cinch em up, maybe check tightness after a few km of driving.
  6. Thanks Terry, will look at that. Can overgrowth confirmed with a guy flora test? Genelle, I don't have any symptoms of thrush, but some people do depending how advanced it is. It's only suspected candida overgrowth at this stage, so I went on the anti-candida diet as a precaution and took probiotics...which can't harm me (it's a largely sugar free diet)...so I thought why not.
  7. Don't wanna argue with a famous program, but the OCD in me doesn't like the idea of doing exercises unevenly like that. I like the spacing of mine, the simplicity, the lack of overlap, the fact I'm in the gym 4 days a week which perfectly fits into the working week with a rest on Wednesday...the fact I'm stronger in all exercises just doing this for a 40 minute session than I was when I was in the gym for an hour and a half each time. Will be doing this program for a long time methinks.
  8. Think these are hitting me now. I've loaded up on yakult and probiotic choc balls. Have been dieting fairly sugar free so I'm hoping that all this is doing something... Any other recommendations for candida? Worth getting a gut flora test?
  9. I have no idea what starting strength is...this is just what my program evolved into post shoulder injury to accommodate everything with as little shoulder interaction as possible. It started as a leg program in my days of not being able to move my arm much without pain, then evolved to include pull-ups and bench as the shoulder recovered somewhat.
  10. I do bench press... Day 1: squats, pull-ups Day 2: deadlifts, bench Chuck bicep curls at the end of day 2 if you like. You don't really need them if you're doing enough deadlifts. That's about as complete as you'll get in the shortest time. I've got plenty of time on my hands but after trying this for the last 12 months I don't feel the need to bother with anything else. Keep it simple, stupid!
  11. I do remember this Give him credit as I remember her being cute
  12. Swiggity swooty
  13. Or newbies just don't know where to get the cheapest shit yet.
  14. Gotta be better than the beach volleyball net I used in Vietnam lol
  15. Not yet. Will give it a go. They all taste the same to me to be honest, bar slight variation in meat quality, cause my kebabs have simple ingredients. Lamb and chicken with cheese, bbq sauce and chilli flakes.
  16. Maccas still has me for breakfast if I'm up and out that early. And 3am nothing else open but don't want a kebab food.
  17. Your problem is getting a burger. $15 gets me a tenderloin meal with a sweet sweet berry Vitamin water. Nandos isn't fast food, it's cheap cafe food; it takes 10 minutes to cook and the ingredients are decent. Equivalent sized maccas meal is a $10 affair these days, so it's not that far off the mark.
  18. Well then it's no question a tenderloins meal from Nandos with a paella or some mini wings.
  19. But my doms is so bad from Monday (first workout in a month) that it's a two day week this week Stumbling around the office like a war vet with a slug in each leg
  20. I do squats and pull-ups Mondays and Thursdays, deadlifts and bench press Tuesdays and Fridays. About 6 sets per exercise, but I'll spend half an hour squatting and 15 minutes doing pull-ups for example. I find it to be a good split that doesn't keep me in the gym all night, doesn't really overlap with DOMS or muscle fatigue, and it works all the major muscles in the body. About the only exercise I'd like to add to it is rows...and shoulder press, though I can't do any overhead work for the now. Sometimes add in captains chair on deadlift day to hit the abs, but pull-ups does most of that.
  21. From this information I can conclude that your car wasn't a LAMS approved motorcycle. I must tell everyone.
  22. Union won't save you now
  23. +1 for spending 45 mins in the gym. 4 exercises for me, done twice a week, and I've never been as strong (or good looking ). But that was before I got sick lol
  24. I'm skinny as shit. So much water weight and glycogen lost. At least some of it has been fat too. Have a serious 8 pack going on, but that's no good when you look like a strong wind would knock you over lol
