  1. You still getting "supplementation"? It won't be every week that I get that, second job is too seasonal for that to work But while I can it's certainly nice, and a nice change from being unemployed.

  17. All old people sag - fact. No training will avoid that. Even skinny low fat triathlete oldies sag. You either get lucky or you don't. Look at Stallone...as roided up as he is, he's in top nick for a man in his 60s...very defined...but you can see the age; you can see the sag. Nothing can be done. Deal wit it. Keep the fat off and that's the best you can do.

  23. I would choose neither for now, given you can train lightly again now without pain. Your injury is on the mend and you'll only be paying for another opinion that you need to rest it.
