  1. High protein, high carb diet with minimal fats and sugary foods. Volume training with heavy weights for calorie burning. That keeps me around 10-12% bf If I wanted to chase lower I would probably reduce my carbs and return to HIIT sprinting...but my workouts suffer and I feel lethargic as hell during them, if I do this.
  2. lol ALL HAIL RAJAB Need to follow that dude around to every thread he posts in and Rajab him.
  3. As usual a few feminists are crying about it objectifying women and one or two breast cancer survivors find it offensive...Allah knows why.
  4. lol'd at the Bonds billboards around town
  5. I only psych assignment the ones I love
  6. In Victoria, we have VicRoads, which is our equivalent of your RTA. You only need an inspection (and therefore RWC) during first registration in our state, transfer of ownership, or to clear a major defect / notice of unroadworthy. SAU Vic hold monthly meets open to members and non-members. We have member only events too. People on the forums do organise their own events too, though not so much during the colder months. Police attention is random and depends largely upon where you live or travel through. Don't let someone tell you that if you drive sensibly, in a car that doesn't draw attention, then you will be cop free...because they are likely inexperienced and/or lucky. It is true that doing these two things will improve your chances of being left alone, but we are the defect state for a reason. People do get hassled in standard imports and defected/fined for something arbitrary; people also get ignored in loud shitboxes with chrome bits hanging off. It's luck of the draw sometimes, and the area / the kind of cop you come across both have a lot to do with it. If you're driving an import here, do so with the expectancy to have a run in at some point and you will have no nasty surprises
  7. Psych assignments always look like they could be done in a single night, nek nyt...you've only just got all your references and not a single word on paper Just finished a flamin mongrel of a psych critical analysis with/for Leesh. Took me back to university days Hoping she I passed.
  8. I was just bathing in the irony that the concern of most with regard to using E85 is availability, when I heard you say my name!
  9. Think DD have a 360 and a Gallardo, unless they've upgraded the 360 since I last saw.
  10. Was thoroughly impressed with 90kg pb on deadlift, considering you did this exercise for the first time in months on Tuesday. Old pb was 75kg. 95kg next session
  11. Troy...eat eggs and animals; lift more!
  12. With chins she wasn't getting full range of motion - elbows were about 90 degrees with top of head just below the bar at bottom of the negative. I explained that arms really need to be just before straight to get the most out of them. We're gonna put her back on pulldown in the meantime maybe assisted chins.
  13. Birds' omelette 5 eggs diced chicken breast diced bacon half a cup of cottage cheese half a cup of tasty cheese pepper dat shit Protein heaven snack and not a vegetable in sight.
  14. Cops won't get involved unless someone was hurt in the accident. It's a civil matter. Can only get a solicitor to obtain information, or your insurance company. Some 3rd party policies offer an uninsured motorist component where they will pay you up to a certain amount for damage to your car and chase up the guy for you, provided you can give them details to track the driver.
  15. Leesh trained with me today and there's some sort of weird hip bias that she can't control, that resonates to the knee, bringing it in. I've got her doing lighter weights for more reps and focusing on keeping the knee out to train her mobility in the exercise before stepping up the weight. Seems to be that under heavy weight the right knee comes in to support hips moving about during squatting motion.
  16. Pic could be deceiving, but he looks somewhere between 90 and 95 in the pic. Not hating...he's got an awesome body (nohomo), but he still looks athletically muscular (what I prefer anyway) rather than a bodybuilder level of hypertrophy, which would be expected at that BF/height/weight from what I've seen. He's got slightly less body fat than me and weighs 22kg more at the same height...with another 22kg of muscle I reckon I'd be a fair bit bigger than that. Maybe he's got a beast set of legs? Haha
  17. 102kg at that BF? How tall is he?
  18. No E85 shortage suck it Hamish

  22. Who gives a f**k it's a hipster shoe
  23. Dude at gym asks me how to improve his deadlift; says he's on a bit of a plateau. I watch him and he pulls 8 reps of 80kg, with perfect form...couldn't fault it. I ask him what the most he's ever pulled on deads is. He says about 100kg for one rep, back in the day...in a tone like it would be in his dreams these days. I told him to take his gloves off, put some chalk on his hands in the other room and come back. He comes back and I've loaded 30kg extra on the bar for 110. Says he can't do that. I said yes you can. He locks it out with ease and I tell him to do another 2 reps. I said there goes your plateau. Do 115 next session. And that's how it is...everyday...all over the world
  24. Was going to do it but won't have time. Apparently need to go in for check ups and shit after so, didn't bother booking in. Will probably just get it done locally so I can sue someone if I go blind. Will be in Singapore from 23rd to 8th with stops in Malaysia and HK for happy times. Marina Bay Sands come at me!
  25. Boat shoes sealed the deal for me
