The only thing I find helps with hangovers/hurling the next day or lasting through the night is to have a glass/gulp of water in between every drink or at every piss stop. Helps with the dehydration which is what makes hangovers so bad if I recall correctly.

It definitely increases your range of motion and by principles of torque can make exercises like squats harder. Still, not like it will hinder development of muscle...probably only be a disadvantage if youre competing against people with short limbs in weight competitions like bench contests. There's a suggestion that long armed guys are better at deads and worse at bench press.

As Simon said...O rings are like timing belts...they can look as good after 10km as they do 100,000. Considering they are like 50 cents each, it's worth doing for the peace of mind IMO. Hopefully you don't have any issues. Always rmemeber too people, if you're installing your own injectors, put a rubber safe lubricant like Vaseline on the O rings so they seat properly in the rail and manifold.

Ah k, fair enough man. My family have probably spent the better part of 100k on pet bills over te years...we're all for doing everything we can for our loved ones...but we also recognise when we're fighting a losing battle and know when it's time to make the call. Have had to put down at least 4-5 dogs...it never gets easier. Memory issues are fking sad too, like Alzheimer's in humans...terrible disease. Just remember the good times, as they say. Knowing and remembering that you gave an animal a good life before it's passing can be a reassuring thing. Talking with family members about your memories with your pet, is also good catharsisism.
