  5. Use bodyfat increases as a good sign. If you start gaining weight, then you're likely above maintenance which is what you want for breaking plateaus. If you're not gaining weight, you're likely just maintaining or still on a deficit.
  6. Just respond to them; if they start asking for scam-like information, troll them along.
  7. The T1R would be the NT05 equivalent. Tthe Toyo R1R is a much better tyre. Has as much dry grip, but better in the wet and quieter/smoother if it's your daily driver too,
  8. ARTZ mate I know they took your space saver but it doesn't make it right to try getting one from someone else
  9. It was mean, but hey, you attacked my insecurities. Angry birds came out.
  10. You say you've removed a lot of the bad things...this damages your caloric intake...will likely leave you with less energy. When we say eat more food, we mean more...not a restructuring to cleaner eating with less calories. The point is, if you're eating and sleeping enough then the benefits of a PWO are negated because you have enough rest and energy to blitz a workout and see no change in performance with a PWO.
  11. Says the guy who sold his 33 for a "family friendly" car.
  12. You won't if you eat at least 2 hours before you work out for a large meal, or an hour for a small meal.

  14. Toyo R1R > NT05 Dat grip and lack of road noise

  16. Pretty much my permanent situation. Folks are hardly home and were even talking about moving to elsewhere and leaving me the house = free house fkyeah.jpg Currently house sitting for a mate in Carnegie at the moment, so I get to enjoy rent free loneliness for the next 3 weeks. Dat pasta every night haha
  17. I know the deets
  18. Also, fellow protein brahs...a testing company finally got back to me and are emailing me information on how to send them a sample. So the wheels are in motion
  19. There is no such thing as a gym that doesn't allow chalk.
  20. It slowly gets worse...mine had no visible trails/rashes, but I still had them
  21. Hmmm you might have scabies...have a read of this thread where I posted about them http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/370610-virus-bacterium-fungus-parasite/
  22. What stops them from taking your wheels off? Or does it just poke through the spokes rather than bolsters to them?
  23. Congrats dude...when you off Ps? That the one Titan found for you?
  24. ALike I said, you were likely predisposed...this exercise may have simply been the straw that broke the camel's back. It'd quite a strict movement; one of the reasons it is done behind neck, because there is little variance in the range of motion. As long as you're taught and execute it correctly, this makes it one of the safer shoulder exercises. But no amount of safety in a range of motion will save you if not everything is sitting right when you do it.
