  1. I don't think it was this exercise that got you. You were using fine technique last I saw you do it. It could have aggravated a predisposition, certainly.
  2. Most cars and their warranties last a lot longer than this
  3. 13.5L/100km combined, fk that
  4. Acquire F40 People will buy you houses out of respect
  5. Where is your F40 Pat
  6. God I hated customers like you when I was doing gearboxes. Always want somethig that can be everything. Oh I have 9001rwkw but it's my daily driver so I want a soft/friendly clutch but I like to give it a thrash so I need to be able to launch it hard oh and I don't wanna pay more than about $400 for it. Fast/friendly/cheap, pick two... Closest youll come to all three for that power level is an NPC Carbotic 10" for around $500. It is an organic clutch rated to 300rwkw and a bit firmer than standard clutch.
  7. They want me to do the advertising Potentially
  8. Thank you!
  9. Then why are you questioning what you should be doing? Shit takes time. As long as there is consistent progress, worry not.
  10. Boz, go back and read my post again...you've forgotten it again already mate.
  11. Cause you can't eat meat; most people can. You need to keep your protein levels up even if you're not exercising. Will help with maintaining muscle built prior to injury period.
  12. Mass gainers work; they stack on pounds and fill you full of carbs and fat. I gained 10kg on one lol Whether it's a good idea for someone or not is debatable...but at least it's upping the calorie intake for skinny fkers who claim they can't gain weight and don't meet caloric requirements for better performance in the gym. Food is infinitely better of course.
  13. I'll have two of the first one please. Can you email HR and ask them if they have any news for me about that thing we discussed? Cheeeeeeers
  14. Not talking about effort, was talking about the important stuff that beginners should focus on more than number of sets and reps.Interesting article, and I have to say, I used to take a few vitamins...a multi...two vitamin C tablets...vitamin D...I developed this placebo like belief that they were helping me to stay healthy / not catch colds and feel better in general. I weened off them due to lazyness and I feel no different; was probably already getting enough of everything anyway. Lots of unnecessary profit being made by these vitamin companies. In the end most people take them as bandaids simply because they aren't getting them the way they should be; can't be good. Starting to feel the same way about protein shakes.
  15. Fk your sets and reps in the ass. Lift more Eat more Rest more If you don't see progress, you're not doing one of these enough.
  16. I agree with you mate, they should be more proactive about it...we shouldn't have to do half their job for em...I just think its more than just GPs being lazy or trying to make as much money in as little time as possible. They can only go off what you tell em and if you don't like the job they're doing you gotta change doctors, I guess!
  17. How'd you go with ya fog lights #dontdriveanythingwhileyoung
  18. Why do gym regulars insist on coming up to you at the gym to talk about how they haven't been in for a week because they've had the flu / still feel crappy, then stand there for 20 minutes talking really close near you instead of doing exercise? Fu off you germ!
  19. Tell your GP you want further testing! Gotta remember, these guys deal with a lot of hypochondriacs who burden the medical system and Medicare with unnecessary tests and time wasting...hence GPs opt for topical fixes first, because most patients only require that and, as I said before, symptoms present in one issue can be the same as another. That's where follow ups and second opinions are important. Specialists can get it wrong too. You gotta work as a team rather than letting the GP run the show. Remember, you're half the diagnosis. My GP takes a more participative approach with me. It helps that I give the impression I know what I'm talking about, because I usually research things on the Internet before I go in to see him. This helps me to describe symptoms better and narrow down possibilities. He gives me options and recommendations, which are almost always the best, but if I argue that I want to go for a specific test or try a prescription drug, he'll give that to me without hassle.
  20. Dunno them; some P plater in a bronze coloured 32.
  21. If you don't feel your GP is helping your cause, don't go to them...simple as that. Find another one or go get help from alternative medicine. If a doctor is shit, he/she will start losing clients; you're not the only ones who have ever questioned whether your doctor knows what they are talking about. Keep in mind though, that when you have a nation of hypochondriacs and many health issues presenting the same symptoms as each other...people get frustrated and tend to blame the medical practitioners for not being able to solve their problem. Used to have the same issue when I worked for a mechanical workshop - customers gave you a misdiagnosis or were next to useless trying to help you locate the issue. I have a good GP who has helped me with numerous issues using prescription medicine; will continue to use A+++ good seller fast postage
  22. Oh yeah Leigh, I was at gym the other night; overheard a couple people in the carpark talking about Petite. I interrupted them to show your brother's photo, they were naturally shocked. My folks coudn't believe that the police defected him in his driveway. I reckon if you put the vote to everyone in Victoria, whether the police should have the power to do this stuff or not, it would landslide pass with a no. People just don't know about it or don't care, because the people it actually affects are something of a minority. When will this shit end?
  23. If he was speeding cops would have got him for that too/instead. They got him for defect cause they had nothing on him. Defect got a time written on it? If so, I'd get an alibi from work saying he was at work when the defect was issued therefore car was in his driveway and cop must have looked up address to locate his car.
  24. No it doesn't; High St road or Ferntree Gully Rd that shit.
  25. Or stop people from going to the doctors for antibiotics when they catch a common cold, or a myriad of hypochondria. I wasn't even aware of bulk billing until a few years ago, consequently never bothered seeing a GP for any minor shit, cause I thought it would cost me money. Someone awares me of how Medicare works, now I'm there atleast 1-2 times a year.
