Officially multi novas in WA are meant to be out in the open and well in view of motorists to add as a deterrant, and a sign should be clearly visible whena pproaching a camera before it goes off , I dont think in my life I have ever seen this, as for them removing the multa nova location's , i have never really taken much notice of the multinaova locations becuase I have always thought they will just move them around througouth the day anyway. Hi guys I was just curious , I was sitting next to the booze bus the other night watching the drunks get pulled over .. (fun but scary) like 1/3 cars anyway , ther was this r31 skyline that was coming along and from about a 1km away i could hear this continuos whistle sort of like a whirrrrring sort of noise it sounded like it was a turbine or something on a jumbo winding down , and the car wasnt even going very fast it was continuosu even when it slowed down it subsided but when it took off again , the whistling startied up ive been racking my brain trying to think of what it is what do you think? turbo? bov , someone blowing a whistle? haha any clues??
