  1. yer mate i know how to set the pressure correctly... his car is leaning out under high revs and we cant reduce the boost because with the highflow cats it runs at 18 psi minimum... so we were just gonna raise the injector pressure to get that little bit more flow so the engine dosent ping off its face.... is a relay an option to ilimanate the gradual voltage increce?
  2. ok i recently installed a Fuel Reg and pump on my mates supra... its fine if we leave the fuel pressura at 34 psi but when i turn up the pressure to 40 even 50 the pressure just dies in the ass until it goes to 0.... im thinking its because his car has a ramping fuel pump signal from the ecu. and when i turn up the pressure the load on the pump is to great for the amount of voltage the ecu is giving it and it stalls... my question is can you turn up the amount of voltage that the power fc is giving the fuel pump.... if no can i just run a hard feed to it from the ignition and hav it running all the time the engine is on at full speed? any help would be awesome cheers
  3. hey guys i have a r32 drift car 4 door im setting it up for track but its a slow process due to funds.... but i have got it to a driftable level now i need to add a cage.... bolt on or weld in? is a bolt on cage CAMS acredited? im thinking not... im looking to compete in hill climbs and events such as the targa rally... any info would be apreciated.... oh and abs? is it a no no?
  4. cool well i will remove the dif in the next couple weeks and take it to my mates boiler maker workshop... btw... its a drift car so yer locked diff is the way to go
  5. guys i have a r32 track car and i need an lsd its a bit unpredictable with the stock viscous lsd im thnking of welding it because its not goin to be streeted so im thinking the weld is the cheap option... how do i do it? dose il last? can anyone help me in perth wa?
  6. i recently put a rb25 turbo on my rb20 i need help on where to fit the tube that ataches to the actuator\ i have fitted it to the intake manifold after the throttle body... is this correct or should it be before the throttle body on the pressure side of the turbo?? any help please need it by friday.... yew skids
  7. mate i just put on a rb25 turbo on my 20 and a turbosmart fuel reg... btw i recomend the fuel reg upgrade it increces the torqe quite a bit and makes the engine run smoother... oh and a new fuel punp...500hp plus make shure you get both the rb25 coolant lines for the turbo because the rb25 turbo has diferent size banjo bolts... i think that with a tune i can make 170/ 180 rwkw at 12-13psi oh and make shure you put the rb20 auctuator on the 25 turbo because of the 10 psi spring
  8. what boost u guys running? do u have remaps done with the boost you are running? my mate wound his boost to high on a stock engine and that kept happening....
  9. thanks fellas i was just curious because i havent found to many people using them in the track cars round perth... there all using power FC but yes i will be puting in the vipec as soon as i do my turbo upgrade haay for u guys who know ecus i currently have a Apexi FAFC2 but i understand its useless once i haave the new ecu in but i would like to keep it wired in so i can use its Knock sensor feature to moniter engine... is it possible
  10. what colour are stock rb 20 injectors? i have a r32 4 door just got it and are trying to work out if the injectors are stock or not.... there completly red with made in japan on the side and i cant read the part number properly without taking them out... they fit the description of nismo 555cc injectors but i doubt it...
  11. im loocking into installing a vipec into my r32 sedan rb20 det it seems like the cheap option and has lots of fruit like built in boost controll and free software to moniter with laptop... but the word cheep is what scares me is it ne good?
