I use the Muscletech Nitrotech hardcore to get some size, and Ive also tried the muscle tech cell tech hardcore for the creatine and energy. Definately more energy and can go harder in workouts. Awesome stuff. Muscletech brand is pretty expensive though. But I get mine from www.proteinking.com.au they are really cheap and always fast delivery.

yeah that would be great. You could do an exchange program or something. I cant believe no companies out there are tapping into this market. I think they would get a lot of business.

Hey guys, Ive got an R34 and being a tall driver, theres not much head room. Have to put the seat right back. Its a shame because I love the car, just want to fix this problem. Check out a new sport seat and rail and quite expensive. Anyone out there with the same problem? Has anyone ripped the cushion out and tried to reduce the padding to lower the seat? Or fabricated new rails to fit the stock seat. I got quoted around $400 at a panelbeater shop for the rail modification to drop it down about an inch. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

After a drivers side aftermarket seat rails for R34. Not sure but does anyone know which brand of seat rails will fit on a stock R34 seat?? Just trying to lower the stock seat for some more head room. without having to buy a whole new seat. Has anyone tried this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Does anyone know if it is at all possible to get hold of a set of seat lowering brackets for a stock seat of an R34. The reason is Im quite tall and my head touches the roof lining, and just want to lower the seat as far as possible to the ground. Ive looked everywhere but cant seem to find anything. I think this is probably something that would have to be fabricated. What has all the tall skyline owners out there done to solve this one? Id really like to not have to buy an expensive racing seat plus rails as this costs several hundred dollars and I didnt want to waste my perfectly good original seat. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Hey mate, Thats great, how did you get it to work? The one on my r34 is completely dead, and I cant read Japanese but have pressed all the buttons anyway hoping for some life...but nothing. Did you get the sat nav and tv going or are you only using it for playing cd/dvd's. Cheers David.
