  8. Hi all, Like many around the for sale forum I cleaned up my garage and have the following R33 bits up for sale...... 1. Red/Black leather Autotecnica steering wheel with universal boss (not hicas).......$180 ono 2. Rear RHS R33 light assembly, ready to paint (works perfectly slight crack in indicator).......make an offer 3. Front silver 'S' grill (black suit s1/s1.5)....make an offer See attached photos.....would prefer melb buyer otherwise buyer pays for postage.
  9. MzDfectd, Good to see everyone jumping at the chance to show off their lines!!! Anyway if theres any more room to squeeze my 'line in......count me in!!! :-)
  10. no probs man.......can't recommend any dyno's in brissie as I'm from Melb!!! In regard to dyno costs.......shops usually charge by the hour for a dyno tune and therefore depends on how much work they need to do....allow for anywhere between $200-600.
  11. grimr33per, in regards to tuning the s-afc would it not be better to tune YOUR car on a dyno? Every car is different....had a different history, slightly different mods etc etc and therefore someone elses map may not work as well in your car. If you really can't afford the dyno costs I guess using a map off another car is better than nothing....but IMHO I'd rather save the dough and hit the dyno....
  12. James, As what I PM'd ya about.....what about the Vic members of the NSW club who what to transfer their membership over to SAU Vic? I joined the SAU NSW club because the Vic section wasn't up and running and obviously 'cause I live in vic my membership would be better used in Vic!!! -ant95GTR
  13. weetbix, As far as my understanding of the rules go.....: The car can have accident damage it just has to be very minor (no chassis damage etc etc). The car must be stock when it lands in this country. If it lands here with any mods they have to be taken off and destroyed. If the mods get taken off in Jap and replaced with stock items then the car is stock when it lands here!!! ;-)
  14. James, PM'd ya.....
  15. Linc, I know exactly what you went thru man......I spoke with 'the wife' about 3 times before I could explain to her exactly what I wanted!!! If you have any more dramas like this Victor is the man to speak to (much better engrish!!). They fitted a front bar to my line 'bout a year ago...great job with no hassles.
  16. pm'd ya....but got the info now thx to your sencond post!!! Will talk to the mrs and get back to ya......
  17. Linc, try a search in these forums for 'front bar'.....I'm sure you'll find heaps of contacts..... If not I can recommend Jetspeed in melb try: 9548 8828 Also I think EvoR in Clayton have front bars.....
  18. Robo, Mate I've had 4 of those b*stards!!! ATM I'm runnin stock everything except FMIC and rear barrel muffler (rest of exhaust sys is stock)......when I had her tested with the aftermarket muffler fitted she came out at about 95-98dB and wouldn't pass!!! Maybe instead of the hassles of changing settings and removing gear get a '90dB' resonator fitted to bring it under the limit?
  19. Could you forward a pic of the parts to: [email protected] Also R U willing to separate the front bar and the side skirts??
  20. Benny Don't have exact figures but allow for about 25% loss of engine output (@ the flywheel).....
