thanks guys thats what i needed to know!! when i'm not actually looking for a car wash i drive past them and i'm quite oblivious! i'm after one where i can bucket wash my car without some dude coming out and yelling abuse at me haha (i like to shammy it with meguires gel wash, then dry it) i happened to find the one on the corner of st kilda road and carlisle street, but they don't let you bucket wash there.. so i had to do a quick spray job! city road one is much closer!! when i cbf washing myself next time i will take it to Carrerra and see what sortof a job they do.... had a look on their site..... it costs more for wagons D:

i might have sourced a pair of OEM in the stag parts classifieds if i cant get the OEM, i'll just ride with the Ignis ones and hang on to my OEMs that came with the car! in terms of the aftermarkets... if they dont look any different, how will they be able to tell if they're aftermarket if theyre tucked away like the OEMS? (pretty much completely hidden from eyesite...) i can just say they're factory OEM's ?? i havent had a run in with any police at all and i've owned it since last may! ( i have a feeling i'm a rolling defect anyway ) (i think the cops are just like BAHhh volvo)! also i spoke to my servicer, and he's gonna have a look at it for me when i get it serviced next week

so i rang the guy about them. and their D2R kits are $130 includes everything i need "apparently" these are better than the standard Nissan ones aswell! (according to them) what do u think Cam?

went and took some car shots last night (thanks Emily) we hadn't done car photography before, but its a work in progress. once we figure out the best techniques we'll probably have to do some Stag shoots! let me know what you think (car was cleaned very quickly so its not perfect )

did either of the HID ballast survive by any chance?? !

yeah i have a feeling its gonna be the ballast... put a new globe in last night, and it died by the time i got back to my place from an hour drive!!! it burns ALOT brighter than the other one too, which is probably why its burning itself out... i'll try and see how much it will cost to replace the ballast or even get 2 new matching ones... or even find a wrecked Stag! frustrating but i need 2 headlights!

mine is also a manual so maybe thats why the boxes are slightly different in shape / placed! also mine have fuses on the right (on the left on your diagram but not present in ur box at all.) that are 2x20A i'm planning on having a fiddle tonight with the headlight again.. check everything looks okay, and swap out the globe for a different one!

Hey guys, i live in Southbank and i dont know ANY carwashes that are close to here. the only ones i know of are too far away for me to bother cleaning my car often i prefer cleaning it by hand with a bucket aswell then rinse with the pressure hose, cos i hate those scratch-giving brushes. so does anyone know any close by ones?? TC.

aha! well my HID's work fine mostly.. one of them just has a habit of blowing the globe after a month or so / works intermittantly! new ballast on the dodgy one maybe?? anywhere i can buy the standard nissan ones from here?? i've seen a few slimline ballasts u can buy from places in AUS that look shmick...... like between 100-200$ not too bad! i gotta get my amp / sub installed soon, so i'll try and get the auto elect to have "a look at it" while its in the shop!

cool! i guess i'll have to try that for for the dash globes! i've had a breif squiz.. if its not too hard to get the climate control unit out myself, then i might have to have an afternoon doing that! atm i'm not to bugged about those, but moreso on my headlights

Hey Guys, i'm trying to rule out some things before i take it for a trip to the auto electrician one of my Xenons is a different colour when i put new paired globes in, and the dodgy one eventually blows / works intermittently after a month or so. i was looking in my engine bay fuse box and i'm not sure if i have ALL the required fuses.?? (namely the H.I.D fuses) have attached pictures i'm also having a flickery issue with one of my climate control backlights,.. .i might get them to have a look at that too if i HAVE to take it to an auto electrician. any help would be awesome!

make sure ur tyres are all evenly worn i had a kindof a misfirey / jerky sensation and it turned out to be the ATTESSA system being silly cos of uneven wear! back tyres < front will cause issues, but front < back will not! i was spitting it cos i hadn't chaged anything and was bewildered as to why it was having issues! if its not that, the cross it off the list

wow thats a big jump.. mine pulled 160awkw at RE last time so it should jump into the 200s then i take it ?? if u see a PowerFC to fit a manual S2 C34 going cheap let me know!

i'm all for a Stag meet up i need a powerFC before i'll jump on the Dyno again!, keen to see the difference it will make!

i had my stag in my undercover carpark! but i had to move it into a different spot cos there was a waterfall coming in my spot from outside LOL! some cars we're up to the bottom of door level in water cos the carpark flooded.. but my spot was higher ground yay thank god.

forgot to mention i go on the styling of the car more than the engine.
