Tips For Removing The Screws On An Oil Pump
sriver killer replied to JustinP's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
I pulled apart plent without needing an impact screw driver lol purchase a screw driver with a hex style shank so that you can fit a spanner on the shaft. place screwdriver end into screw, give the screw a couple of love taps to shock the thread, Then use the spanner on your screwdriver to crack that bad boy -
Yep I couldnt get through to him so I got one of my local crew to pick me up and take me back to archerfield, cheers for the help mate! I shouda taxied it to lakeside\

Hello everyone, We have for sale here today my 1993 model R32 GTR skyline. The car is currently my daily runner however I have since upgraded and now no longer need it. The car itself has has 118 genuine kms, is very original apart from the tasteful bolt ons it has recieved. For a gtr, the car still has a complete factory boot layout (untouched) aswell as factory hood lining underneath the bonnet Overall the car needs a bit of loving, it suffers from the stereotypical R32 skyline dramas (bubbles in dash on passenger side, drivers side door card is worse for wear, + 18 years worth of wear and tear) The paint is faded on the bonnet, roof and boot and the factory gtr spoiler has been removed from the boot. The car needs a new ignition barrell and I am in the process of sorting one out. It still has registration until march next year and is very reliable. The car makes up for its how your going looks with its performance. The car makes a very responsive 280awkw on only 17 psi through the standard airbox and stock air filter (no K and N) (hks gtss turbos) The car will definitely make 330ish awkw with the setup that its got on 21-22 psi the next step is to get rid of the panel filter and go to pods. Mechanically the car is in very good condition, with no leaks/doesnt burn oil. Has good engine compression and starts first go every time. Was serviced regularly annd hasnt missed a beat It is also the last of the R32 gtrs so being a 93 model It gets the R33 crank (extended snout so no oil pump failures) I have reciepts for the following: Vipec V44 plug in ecu Tomei adjustable cam gears, Tomei type A Poncams Trust Profec B EBC Splitfire coils HKS GT-SS twin turbos Kaminali turbine outlets 3 inch catback exhaust Sard FPR Sard in tank fuel pump Sard injectors Nismo front and rear sway bars, Slotted front rotors, aftermarket brake pads. may freight if need be I am after 8.5K for it 0419 743 272 Dan

Still got no vct man. lol anyone want to come out and confirm whether this works or not? -
Hey guys, Ive got an r32 gtr that I was planning to do up for a bit of track work. The car has 118,000 kms, the paint work isnt; crash hot and the interior is typical for an r32 though for the price I think is acceptable. The body is straight and paint needs some loving, The interior is all there though suffers from typical R32 drama's (bubbles in dash, fading on rear headrests, dash vent cracked) The car is very original and comes with stock floor mats, complete and untouched boot layout, and under hood cover. 93 model GTR so comes factory with the r33 crank Its got; Vipec V44 plug in ecu Tomei adjustable cam gears, Tomei type APoncams Trust Profec B EBC Splitfire coils HKS GT-SS twin turbos Kaminali turbine outlets 3 inch catback exhaust Sard FPR Sard in tank fuel pump Sard injectors Nismo front and rear sway bars, Slotted front rotors, aftermarket brake pads. There are no leaks and the thing starts and runs perfect! Currently makes 280awkw on 17 psi through stock air box and stock panel filter (no K and N) I am after 8.5K for it 0419 743 272 Dan

It is in new condition, with 1 year warranty. This turbo is not needed any more specs are .60 a/r front .82 rear. Ext gate Anti surge front cover I am after $1800 for the turbo itself. Or 1500 for the core and front housing separately ( I keep the rear housing) any questions pm me. or 0419 743 272 Cheers,

3076R Failure. Gtx3076R On 30Det Or Other?
sriver killer replied to sriver killer's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
The front oil seal (compressor side) sits in a groove on the main shaft from the core. It acts like a piston ring and sits inside a housing, stopping oil from the core escaping into the compressor. This ring had eaten its way through the alloy housing that it sat in. 10W40 is my choice and just the standard oil line that garrett supply. -

I guess what I am really asking is when will I be in that GTX efficiency range when it is actually going to make a difference. This gtx is such an unknown quantity to deal with. lol
