    Gtr $182,000?

Hey s15guy, when are you gonna post some pics of you GTR - would love to see some pics.
  2. This one is much better:
  3. hehehe, of course, Mt Panorama is unreal, but it sucks for it not being a full time track. I won't have my R35 by November this year, but I will for sure try it one day, with my R35 Have fun.
  4. It's not our "fault" The BEST racetrack is in Victoria
  5. Two cars are now listed for sub-140 on carsales - 135K and 139K, and the one that was listed for 128K is gone. Gibbo-35 sold his one for 125K. It does look like 100K or so selling price in 12-18 months time. Nissan advised the other day that so far they sold 280 examples in Oz, and recently are getting 15 sales per month - seems they will sooner or later get their allocated 500 cars sold.
  6. Munro mate - that is one sweet, to the point advice. I will get one.
  7. +1.

    Gtr $182,000?

Hope you guys take good care of your R35's - if the money is tight it would be sad to have a car badly taken care off, not maintained properly, may be really hard to sell to another owner in a few months or years when you have enough of fun.
  9. But just to make sure you don't get panicky and have sleepless nights - I DO NOT intend to inspect your car or come anywhere near you, so nothing to worry. Just wanted to make sure you know, I was just making a point based on your statement.
  10. Well said Dom - hard work and being smart gets you there, eventually - not everyone well off has been born with a silver spoon in their mouth, inherited money, is a drug dealer or has won a lottery jackpot. If you have a goal in life you will get there sooner or later.
  11. Of course, unbelievable, how dare anybody else question you Rafal, and the misleading advertising. Its clearly much easier to knock people like me, and accuse me of "tall poppy syndrome" - it was never even considered. If being 30, university educated and on 6 figure salary makes me prone to "tall poppy syndrome" attacks then let it be. Filling your tranny with Willal TF is warranty voiding act so your advertising is false, and this entire forum thread was about non-smooth take-offs since you filled it up with Willal - TF - so a logical conclusion was that your car is not the best GT-R around, but it may have the best rear seat. You are clearly not very smart if you reckon you'd never sell my your car - I really wonder how will you ever possibly id me. I could be the first guy inspect your car - or I could be 5th person pay you a visit - you'll never know, but what I know is that person like you knocking and down-talking another poster for driving an R33 does not deserve any respect. Let the forum members decide who has more integrity.
  12. Its not a 427 - its that one-off thing with some V8SC engine, and two seats, roll cage.
  13. Dude - without people like you most of us wouldn't know shit from shovel. Go ahead and test as many new things as you see fit, some will appreciate feedback, some will bag anything since they are sad, stuff them. You know, how would you like to be the first guy to try Volk's, I'm sure his mates told him he is an idiot too, and look at Volks now. Wolrd needs pioneers.
  14. Spot on according to Redbook: * Private Price Guide $122,400 - $132,400 * Trade In Price Guide $110,200 - $120,200 * Average Km 10,000 - 20,000
  15. I had a bicycle when I was at uni - guess times have changed and being a checkout chick pays more these days
  16. Why wouldn't you disclose it - its not a state secret. Many of us would love to know. I'm guessing 115K or so.
  17. Would love to know too. C'mon Gibbo, don't go to the X5 forum until you tell us what it fetched.
  18. It really is your car for sale. I just wonder how can you even dare to say your car is "the best GT-R for sale" after this topic here. Good luck with the sale......not.
  19. Guess you decided to pass your mechanical woes to someone else - just saw your car for sale GT-Ricer - 156K. RPP-555, that's your isn't it. Never been tracked
  20. And, and the sad fact mate is that lots of people buying cars like R35 will end up not servicing it properly, mistreating them and then those ones will be even harder to sell. Buying a supercar needs a supercar $ for support too, and yes, I've seen several people driving 200K cars, but when you tell them their tyres need changing they almost get a heartattack since they cannot afford 4K-5K-6K for a set.
  21. Good luck with identifying the car for sale and guessing that its the car some forum member has been tracking - its almost an impossible task, and what it would cost you to disguise it - a new rego plate and you wouldn't be any wiser. I guess much easier way is to conclude that they are all tracked and driven hard, and then simply judge its condition. I'm still saying that redbook is spot on, and the ones that are asking for 155K+ for a second hand one they can keep selling it for years to come. I've seen plenty of cars on carsales being sold for years - guess some R35's will end up like that.
  22. Fast = yes, but is it fun? Does it make you smile or does it simply just do everything so easily that you go "hmmmm, this was fast, controlled, hmm".
  23. Reason for Selling: Wanting to buy a house Asking Price: $27,000 or SWAP for a nice pimp SUV or similar/ cruisy car........with cash my way These two things simply do not match up - pretty sure bank won't accept SUV/cruisy car as a house deposit
  24. I presume this is last 6 months of your R35 ownership - seems expensive this little "lets try it on the track" experiment hehehe. Does anybody find it fun on public roads - I have a track toy already, probably wouldn't track my 150K car though.
  25. Everyone still calls it Playstation car, with AWD and semi-auto manual - all these thing do not inspire me with confidence that the car is "fun" to drive. What do the owners that mostly drive it on the public roads say - is it fun, does it make you smile as you hack through the corners, across local mountain roads - or is it way too precise and clinical to raise your heartbeat? What do the owners that track it say?
