Nope - that must be saying something
-
FIXED, besides, some Cefiro's came in AWD too, if traction is what you want. Lets face it, apart from the GTR in mention, there are way too many R33s running around...theyre becoming the Commodore - something different? No, IMO its no longer an import if you can walk out your front door and go find one in a non HPV car yard. Reckon this guy is starting to get the feeling that the WRX isnt liked around here much ?
-
On an unbiased level (seeing as I drive something better than both, combined), the WRX is a "scene" at the moment, too many little racer boy fags who cant barely see over the steering wheel around, all they do is make noise, I really don't see the hype, they're not quick. Personally, I dislike R33s the most out of all the later model Skylines (R32 onwards), the GTR being the only R33 I'll let off the hook....cause its a GTR...you know. Depends what you're after - you could probably get laid quicker by some gullible under age slapper in a WRX, you'll probably get laid and not catch AIDS if you get the GTR, make sense?
-
WRXs are for girls, or dudes who like dudes, that live NoR. Its quiet possibly the gayest piece of shit with 4 wheels on Australian Roads. What the hell is "stage 1" mods ? too much Need For Speed buddy. Beyond all that, its pretty obvious the Skyline GTR will give you shitloads more power, 2 more cylinders so you can be a real man, and hey, its cheaper. Silly question mate

You seriously got burn from a globe? ....wow.... Thanks for the reminder of common sense
-
How much has it changed since you posted those pics ages ago? Any more cosmetics? Could just dig up old pics from your old post ? Thats how I saw it. Either way man, post it up, so I can beat off before I go to sleep tonight....
-
I actually meant your "Hollywood Spec" Ceffy with the kit for sale Those Origin kits are all over ImportMonster, but freight is like $1000-$1500.
-
Isnt one on the parcel shelf, in the centre, and the other two behind the seats, near where the seatbelt mounts to in the boot? My taxi came with them loose in the car with all the other shit not bolted in, as my parcel shelf was swapped out when taking the rear wipers out, and from what I can see, one in the middle, 2 in the rear ? Suppose there are different legal ways of doing it.
-
Pics price and details of the Ceffy or ban!
-
Isnt southwest in Bunbury ? Could easily afford to pay somebody else to do it for me, but I'd rather build my own car. If its really too much confusion I'll just weld something up myself, all I wanted to know was if anybody knew or not where I could buy pre-made spacers, and I figured it'd make sense in the minds of most that obviously bigger rotors dont suit.
-
A31 knuckles 5 stud hubs R33 GTST Rotors R33 GTST Calipers Hence why I CAN mount the calipers if I were to use the A31/S13 rotors, but the caliper otherwise sits too close to the centre to use R33 rotors. Do I need to take photo's / draw picture?
-
Mate the calipers fit onto the knuckle just fine, its fitting the calipers on with BIGGER ROTORS. I cant fit the rotors on and the calipers which is why i need to space them further away from the centre?

Here's up my update from AntiLag, some old, some new info, + PICS

Anyone Else Not Got A Garage/covered Car Port?
Nic_A31 replied to Tony de Wonderful's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Bad things happen indoors!! Haha nah, I have a covered carport, and a garage thats apparently big enough for one car, I doubt it and its always been full of too much shit to throw the Ceffy in there. I use my car as storage, and the shed to store shit like bumpers, dash, fender, that are all out at the moment. More concerened about people stealing my shit, not exactly easy to find some things. Would be nice to be able to use the garage, means less time finding tools and work light each night, packing up, means Im not under pressure to have shit back on the car before I go to bed either, I can just lock the door and know its safe. I'd guess putting a cover on it would make it more appealing to people wanting to boost shit? -
Wheel alignment maybe if you managed to take your suspension out too ? dunno, doesnt make sense. Soak it in WD40 for a while and give it a whack, just be carefull doing that...I needed to hammer my caliper bolts out, but managed to hit my fingers on the first go...so that was an EXTRA 10 minutes it took me....on the second go, it let off really fast, I went with it and ended up with a 30cm long cut along my arm from the brake dust collector circle thing....that was a shit night.
-
I took my struts out with a socket...factory shit, and I'll add my Ceffy is 21 years old, a million times tigher than a newer R34, so you blokes are girls, but if it isnt budging, take the weight off them. It shouldnt be on that tight anyway.
-
Yeah, what you said, smart ass. Nice pics man
-
Jack the car up, wheels off the ground so all the weight is off it.
-
That Ceffy is LHD, so it'd be Phillies, Indonesia, etc Unluck bastards, LHD and only engine option was RB24S....fuuck that
-
R33 GTST rotors are massive compared to the S13 / A31, so there's no way in hell you can fit the caliper on the rotors onto an S13 knuckle.
-
If you have the time and space for the project, swapping into a rolling shell would be pretty cool. Clean it, paint the inside and the engine bay, sand back the exterior and get that painted by a pro (cheap since all the labor is gone), then start swapping in the good shit and do any mods you want while you're at it (easier than doing it later in most cases).
