  1. Good stuff - man, dying to check your car out. What sort of power is it putting out at the moment?
  2. I think they should. The off sets are the same, and I know that the R34 GTt wheels sit closer to the calipers on my R33 GTS-t than the stock R33 GTS-t wheels did. J
  3. Spotted a white R32 GTR pulling out of the Super Cheap car park down at the Hyper D at around 9am Looked nice and clean. J
  4. Sounds good - I might try a pair soon. Any idea on price from these puppies ?? J
  5. Dave - just sent you an email. J
  6. Naa, you shouldn't have to roll them. Andrew has 19 x 8's on the front with 245 rubber and it's no problems. But he is still at stock height... I think he has 19 x 9.5 on the back, and 265 rubber !! Damn they are big... He may come along in late May when you come up so you can have a quick look then, but I dare say you'll have the mags by then
  7. Nice !! Good price too Just had a quick look, and the www.takakaira.com site says the 8 and 9's on the R33's are a 31 and 38 off set, so I think you'll be OK. You might need a small spacer, but that should be no problem. J
  8. Cool, yepp 8's will fit. Not sure about the 30 offset... I think GunMetalR33 has 8 with 30 offset, and I think they JUST hit the front calipers. I'll have to ask him next time I see him. Do you know what car they were off of? J
  9. If the off-set is right they should fit.. Where are they hitting? Fronts ?? J
  10. Hay riggaP - how are the K104's going? Can you give us an update. Cheers J
  11. Justin - yepp, they are the same. The only difference is the writing on them Is your car gunna be ready when you come up in May? Keen to see it J
  12. I feel for ya.. It's a real disappointment hay When I used to work out in Civic, I'd come home via the parkway. Just sitting on the limit etc.. One day I saw a nice silver R33 coming up behind me, I thought I'd give him a wave, got nothing back... Then he proceeded to try and get me to drag him, letting his BOV off right next to me, speeding up, slowing down. This went on for about 2km (in 5.30pm traffic !!) with me just ignoring him and staying on 100km/h. When he was letting his BOV go right next to me I was thinking 'yeah, every R33 has got a BOV, what's your point" LOL I think he eventually got the message and just sped off, I later saw him at the first Kambah lights - got was 3 cars in front.... Saw the same car again a few months later, gave him a wave and got nothing back, except for a smile from his g/f J
  13. Ahh cool, In that case I'd say the tyres. Constant speed corners should (I think) have the car balanced, but of course as your cornering you'll wipe off a little bit of speed (due to the change of direction) which would push the weight bias forward, working your front tyres harder. Anyway, enough of my ramblings.. J
  14. Cool - sounds good. I'll see how the buckaroonies are going in a week or two, if all is good I'll flick you some money. Thanks J
  15. Cool, Also some mechanical diff's can be loosened up a bit by using oil additives. Not all, but some... It depends on the type of diff etc. Might be worth looking into. J
  16. G'day Dave - when were you thinking about putting the order in?? do you have a cut off date in mind? I'm another one for the Black Anodized Aluminium gearknobs
  17. Steve - do you have a 1,1.5 or 2 way diff? I get the samething, always put it down to my 2 way. J
  18. If you can put up with the noise (skipping) they make, then I've found that the tyre wear isn't that much worse than the stock diff. Just a thought. J
  19. If it helps any, I had HKS plugs in teh car when I bought it. Come service time I changed the plugs (that's when I found out they were HKS plugs). I didn't notice any difference between the HKS and the iridiums. J
  20. Mine is the same. I have tried a few things with no luck. Maybe cause my clutch takes two feet to press in it's so damn heavy !! Maybe it's just the metal throwout fork bending
  21. Slack ba$tards !! I'm just jealous.....
  22. I hope Mark doesn't mind http://skylines.pnc.com.au/mark.html
  23. Muz - got that number for ya. Blokes name is Peter and has a tuning shop out on Queanbeyhole. His moblie number is 0402 464 245. If you ring up, tell him that Andrew, the bloke with a gunmetal R33 gave you his number. Cheers J
  24. I'd be keen to know what you think of the K104's once you've had them for a while. I'm thinking of getting them on my 17's (235/45/17) next time around. Cheers J
