  1. If it is just one coilpack then you would be better to replace the whole set as they are all the same age and if one goes then there would be a high likelihood that the others would go too. It is difficult to isolate coilpacks because disconnecting individual coils may show no difference over 4500rpm but it will create a miss in the whole rev range, just confusing the whole situation, lol. Your best bet would be to find someone else with a GTR and to do some part swapping to isolate the various ignition system components.
  2. Gday mate, Common problem that is usually coil packs or even the ignition amplifier, especially if they are still the original stock R32 GTR items. Mine had the exact same problem as did a mates. I've even had an AFM problem however that went into a limp mode and limited the revs to around 2800rpm. Hope this helps mate

  4. Gday all, As the topic says, up for sale is a full intake piping kit to suit R33/R34 GTR, this will not fit R32 GTR. This kit includes: - x2 Trust style air filters and adapters - hard piping from AFM's to turbo inlets - hard piping from turbo outlet to intercooler pipe - pipes for BOV return - clamps and connections This kit has never been fitted to a vehicle with the exception of a trial fit to a R32 GTR, so this kit is in excellent condition. $200 delivered, all reasonable offers considered.   9. sorry guys, these are the smaller 8cm housings. I should also mention I have all the extra bits and pieces required for installation, including lines, hoses and gaskets
  10. G'day, I have a pair Trust/Greddy T517z Turbos off a GTR. These WILL require rebuilding or new cores as they have excessive radial and thrust shaft movement. The housings have been removed previously to inspect the condition of the wheels and these are all in excellent condition. I have been quoted to rebuild these at approx 1k for the pair, or new cores can be acquired from japan for around the same. Reason for selling is that I have decided to go down a different path for my build. Asking $1400ono, new kits of these go for +4k Inspections welcome, I am located in Sydney and will be prepared to post.

  13. I'm using a 3.5" Veilside JASMA exhaust for my GTR which originally has a large mid muffler and a medium rear, ditched the mid muffler and it now sounds spot on!
  14. Coilpacks are the most likely cause, especially if they are the originals. Same thing happened to me with the RB26
