Hey guys, Have searched a lot but mainly can only find how to turn an airbag light off not on! My r33 air bag light wont turn on, factory airbag steering wheel, the bulb in the speedo cluster is fine and has been swapped for a good one to double check, all the circuits are good and all other speedo lights work except the airbag light, and now i can't get a warrant to make it street legal here without it turning on Is could I so a scan on it to get an answer? Or any connections etc I could follow to see if there plugged in right? (Even though the light should be on if that was the case?) Just looking for my ideas if possible, thanks!!

can get ahold of s2 coils spitfires really cheap comparedto having to buy new s1 coils

Very random and maybe dumb question but got told it was possible but am assuming it isnt, Is it possible to use s2 coils that the built in ignitors and run them with s1 loom and s1 ignitor aswell?

Ive been searching for a while but cant get a proper answer, I have an r33 gtr skyline, and have new wheels to put on it, now I have 2x new Achilles 123s semi slick tyres 265/35/18 I also have another pair of new Achilles 123s semi slick tyres also in 265/35/18 BUT the difference is 2x are circuit version that are 4.8mm tread depth new, and 2x drift versions that are 8mm tread depth new Would this make a significant difference to my attesa? Ive read on some forums it would make a difference, some that it wouldnt as they are both the same size tyres....

Hey guys, Was wondering if anyone could help me out with identifying what r33 s1 rb25 motor I have if its rb25de or rb25det I have the block number rb25 125507a I have rung nissan New Zealand and they cant tell from the block number, apparently the program "nissan fast" can? The engine has no turbo side parts so no manifold etc so looks like it could be either de or det Any other way of telling or somewhere to go with that block number?

Just thought of this now but it shouldn't stall when the afm is unplugged should it? as from memory my other RB motors used to still run when they were unplugged.....

Ok good idea especially as I have a fpr lying around somewhere in the garage that i can hookup Yep maf has been changed 3 times with working ones and when its unplugged it will stall. Ive checked all my pipes for leaks etc cant see anything

Ive swapped my setup and used a friends spitfires and they had the same problem in my 20det, same with his cas, and igniter. Have used BCPR7ES 0.8 and a set of iridiums Fuel pump seems to be working ok, i presumed seeming it has been running rich backfiring extremely when rev'd up that its working fine, the injectors are all working and have been swapped also, but might try swap the fuel pump and see what happens?

any ideas anyone?

Im not missfiring on boost, im missfiring constantly off and on boost at all rpm, its not a small missfire, this is huge, stopping it to even rev past 3k rpm, its not running on all cylinders, cant even rev properly. The packs voltage it was sending out was test and found to be ok, ive also tried other coilpacks that are known to be working fine and it runs the same on this engine.... so i dont think its coilpacks
