hey Mate if you have no time and have the factory L series turbo pipe just bolt it up and run it, when you consider the boost your going to run and the time you have there is no real benifit to cut an pasting and intercooler untill after you have the whole thing running + its still winter lol dont get me wront intercoolers will help and are a almost a must on a modified turbo car but given your situation at present id wait till after nationals rather than rushing around and chancing not being ready??? just my take on this

Come on Dennis give me a little Credit! the 5 stud idea is so i can fit some very cool wheels iv been able to find and im not sure how changing the stud pattern constitutes huge aftermaket mods? And yeah i am pinching pennys where ever i can to save me money on this car, i dont have lots of coin so ill save it where i can. I have an idea for it and ill stick to it! iv never said i want to keep it stockish in saying that i want the interior stockish. i just want to keep it old school Jap Cool. Now maybe you have in this case been confused cause i have the car thats already a 2.2leter and verious other mods.? I am disapointed you made that post as i thought we got on well? Marc

ok so i think im going to change to 5 stud and i have a couple quick questions. front .. if i have s13 stubs/axles will an s14 hub just fit over the s13 stub ie the axle is the same size? rear .. i have z31 rear hubs will these fit inside the standard dr30 brake discs ie leaving only the new hole spacing to be drilled ? or better yet just swap to a z31 rear disc? if there is more to this please let me know Cheers Marc

Hi anyone here using a vg30 turbo? if so does anyone have an aftermarket down pipe ? and or does anyone know where to get them? im hoping to get one with a screamer pipe? iv got a guy that can make one but the issue is that he is not sure how to seal the air between the wastegate and exhaust. any help? im aware of the of the legalitys so please dont post on here about it!

ok well iv got a set of low imp 450cc mitsubishi 4g63t injectors that came out of a good running car i might fit those for now unless you want to sell me your rx7 ones for 100 dennis? i know im low balling you but there is a set on my mates mitsi forum flowed and tested for that money. they have really come back in the money

just reading this post makes me assume that factory fj20et injectors are low imp is that correct?

the new gauge sender is where the factory oem one was on the side of the thermostat housing there is a sender for the computer on the top thats still there and pluged in ill chuck in a new Thermostat for measure

its important that the car runs at the correct temp not least for fuel economy and wear! cold engines dont make more power! optimum temp cars make more power! also im not stressed about it guys i just want it right! is this to much to ask? sorry for the grump bt its not a hard qestion if someone knows the answer. lol yes there is.. my cars factory gauge sender is not working and since then i have fitted an aftermarket gauge with the sender mounted where there old factory sender was.. now.. my car has a large VN or VR commodore radiator fitted to it and because of this i think the car runs to cold. so i can tell if it does, i need to know what it should be. and if it is i need to restrict the airflow to the radiator.. all of this i cant do with out knowing what the temp should be. now my thoughts are that factory temp would more than likely be around 80 to 95 degrees ??? now the temp im getting is well under that and the fans dont ever come on hence why im sure its running to cold.. as you can see i cant set it up correctly with out knowing what it should be. well you may want to refer to us as guys and not gays lol... but in all seriousness it may be hard to find you can try www.Fj20.com they do have some skyline diagrams but are in the most part DR30 specific other wise google and if your lucky someone on here may have one
