hey guys like i said i have some r888 tyres for sale rrp i think is like 400 each and i have 2 that are 245-40-18 that have about %50 in them and im getting rid of them for only 130 bucks that right not even the price of 1 rsr pickup from narre warren vic Im also heading up to winton this weekend and i can bring them up if your %100 your going to take them

im using one fo the token tools tig welders and no thats a single pass and yeah zeb its abit sharper than my first one i made couple of weeks ago But as you can see from the inside i reckon it will be good for flow and hey if it was for a car making MASSIVE power id just go 2 x 3 1/2" or 2 x 4"

Yeah mate Sure could do them in 3 1/2 or 4 inch in i reckon if you got a 4 inch zorst you should go for 2x 3.5 inch outlet 4 inch inlet heres the pic of the inside aswell Thats the last one i made Now hopefully can do on doing other things

Yeag get quite a it louder Tonight I will upload what it looks like in the pipe by the looks of it flow should be good its a super sharp t section should cut the the a it like a blade :-)

Hey Guys I made some pig pipes for a mate and then the weekend we were going to bolt i on he got a defect So...... There up for sale You can pick out of the end 2 as the was for him and one was for me and i do not care witch one i get Wanting 210 For them

More Practice All the mates are Rapped Sept for the one that now has a defect so it turns out i have one set of pipes spare Tomorrow going to make in intake for my turbo builder Then onto making piping for the 180sx

ahh cool good advice i havent done enough allot to have to cut it in the drop saw as of yet but i will remember that i need to remember to get more scotch brite disks for that reason also

yeah i got a drop saw for doing the cuts. works out a treat making a jig up atm so i can doe more drift pipes for mates i really want to do more inter cooler piping though iv already done everything for my cars and for a couple of mates played with alloy abit more last night i need to get better with it. 2nd time playing with alloy and i made this..... its pretty lol

hi risking i was in fact going to go for cdw 44mm tube i have had a lift tig for a while now and my mate has always bugged me to make a cage for him its a ae86 with no more that 140kw that he uses for drifting ( no cams ) i am aware that the ( tube folder i have ) is TERRIBLE. but there was only 1 way to find out there terrible and that was to give it a go. I'm now going to go with get brown Davis to make me the main hoop and i will build from there Hmm and for the pun about me going to do it with gal.. I don't think anyone on this part of the forum would be that stupid that is a stupid insult and thanks heaps for the advise BSA you are right on the dollar anything over 35o is somewhat unachievable

don't worry craved i have VERY QUICKLY found that just like welding there is somewhat of an art on bending also i think what i am most likely going to do is get a guy to do my main hoop as explained in my above post and on the way home im going to go get some sand and give it a crack i will post pics up of everything tonight

ok so a update Got my bender last night and it is somewhat TERRIBLE it does not bend as much as it deforms it i will try to upload some photo's tonight form what i have heard one of the the tricks is fill the tube with sand before you bend your work can anyone shed any light on this ( maybe someone that has also just bought a bender thinking you can bend things only to find that you cant ) and next project will be inter cooler piping for the everyday car going to work on making a predator style sort of set up Also attempting to make a roll cage this weekend for a mates drift car BUT this bender is making me have second thoughts i might end up buying a main hoop and doing the rest it sure will be a packed full weekend

yeah agreed i think it will be a while before i try any manifolds so i have done a little more alloy work no as well made a pencil holder that i have on my desk now although its not Great what so ever im starting to get the nack of alloy welding its quite different to stainless steel i have now made ANOTHER set of pig pipes and also working on a couple more intakes im waiting for my bender to come in though before i do inter cooler piping as i want to get more rounded corners not a great shot but they did come out just like the guy wanted sounded good too

i got the token tools machine and so far i reckon it is incredible and only about 1500 with 5 YEARS WARRANTY

thanks guys and yeah iv heard about pickling paste i reckon i should get some sounds like a easy way to clean up some quick welds and yes more practice is best on the large small pipe i purged cheers guys ill get more pics up soon
