  1. I agree, unless you plan to go all out fitting the turbo gear. An NA 34neo would love a heap of e85 and boost imo. Won't be cheap...
  2. Considering Stao above rebuilds turbo's for a living, it may pay to answer his questions... Have you contacted the manufacturer?
  3. My suggestion is to speak with JEM before you do anything then.
  4. I can spin one up on the lathe if needed...
  5. There is a good chance your car has much more KM than what the ODO is telling you anyway. If the car is maintained and serviced, there is no reason it won't go 500,000.
  6. You can only weld the end tanks, not the core. Probably cheaper to just buy a new cooler, unless it is a 5 inch thick HKS monster. Pressure test it and spray soapy water around to test for leaks.
  7. Far... Wat? That's more than the car is worth. I was offering a 400+kw capable kit for $5k, and mine isn't laggy at all. I'm telling you, save your coin. Research, find a good local fabricator and make it yourself.
  8. Yep, and it's probably why my BOV always worked as it should. I replaced all those hoses years ago.
  9. It's not for the PNM35, it's for the RE5ro5a gearbox. It is printed on your build plate in the engine bay. Do a google search for that and Transgo and you will easily find it.
  10. Fair enough. Prepare to get raped then. If you were local I could make the parts. Custom fabrication will give you a much better result than any off the shelf kit I have seen... as long as it's done well.
  11. It was dark you know, and those ganstah blokes on roids all look much the same.
  12. So build your own single kit. I have the manifolds... Shame I was willing to sell my GTX3076 kit a few weeks ago, but I ended up just putting a smaller GTX3071 on the kit I had.
  13. ^^ This. Grant is correct. He is a mechanical guru you know...
  14. I have seen no laws relating to 12psi on the EPA website... Are you worrying about the old ceramic separating from the shaft episode happening? So what? The turbo cost you fark all.
  15. Micra came up good, very pleased with the outcome. Is the Nistune board installed? I can just drive it to Trents if you like... And push it to 200fwkw.
  16. A few more years it will only be worth a slab. Better sell quickly... Ok, call me if it gets late, I know you need your beauty sleep.
  17. Leaving at 3:45, back... Not sure. Probably around 6ish.
  18. Fark, I could only wish... I didn't finish till midnight last night, most nights actually.
  19. Platts, when are you coming to pick up the Supermicra? I have Gregs tune this afternoon...
  20. There are a few very good mockups getting about, but I guess they are not invited. Will you be checking everyone's Vin in Fast?
  21. Torques UK on ebay sells good cheap fittings, I have bought from him many times. Same quality as Aeroflow/Proflow, although his ones don't leak.
  22. Take it to someone that knows what they are doing?
  23. How much are you willing to spend? Are you planning to build the engine? Two turbo's is extra expense for no real gain imo. A single will make for easy power also. Speaking of which, how much power are you chasing?
  24. Any ebc should run any valve, as long as it's 12v. It's just a coil after all. I run a 5 port MAC valve off my Blitz DSBC just fine.
  25. These engines overheat very easily, just one cupful of coolant missing is enough to airlock the cooling system. It needs to be bled from the rear bleed point only, it can't be done from the radiator cap. My coolant bypass kit gets rid of most of the common airlock issues, and replaces that stupid plastic bleed point with a custom alloy part incorporating a ball valve. Makes for a one fill cooling system by allowing the air trapped in the block to escape easily. It also increases the flow of coolant by 50%.
