  1. Any fastener place will stock them, and you should have no issues screwing one into the original thread. Try using loctite 243 on the outside of them so they don't unscrew.
  2. Just bring a can ffs Platts, bring me one too.
  3. Sounds like you need to get it on a consult unit, then you can run proper diagnostics. Have you moved the steering wheel or had an alignment done recently? The steering angle sensor can cause issues. If you remove the Hicas unit and splash some mud on a matt black lockbar, you may get lucky for the roadworthy... Just tell them it's been there forever.
  4. BMW got some manky 4 cyl 1.5L iron block to hold 1500hp years ago, reliably too, they got at least one race out of them... I say go for it. Post results.
  5. Swap you an AYC pump for an Evo7 RS diff.
  6. Shit power curve though, they look like a big M shape.
  7. Well then go ask for the large square Orings. They should know what you need.
  8. Tried Amayama? I have a spare passenger one I think, needs boots though. Do you know which one is flogged? Probably the drivers one, it's inner CV is the common failure point.
  9. I will try to remember to look for a shrouded pickup, not sure I have one as I used the two I had here on the two engines I rebuilt. I can only assume they were modified to prevent oil surge as only half the engines have them.
  10. Nissan sell parts...
  11. So the valve body is installed?
  12. The GTR's run 11mm top Orings, and a square large lower Oring. They won't fit without some buchery. What are you after size wise? The NEO injectors were carried over into the VQ25det's also, as they are exactly the same.
  13. I think someone mentioned it may mean 'reprint' or 'replacement' meaning the engine number may have been used twice.
  14. The V forum is ^^ that way.
  15. It is most probably the afm, you can try and re-solder the pins or just replace it with a known good one to test.
  16. So a dodgy mechanic at some point just slapped on what they could find? If those pads had touched it could have been very bad...
  17. I was hoping some of you guys would give me some feedback on how well they work, not shove them in the bottom of your glove boxes.
  18. If all you need is the larger lower Oring I can send you a set, did you buy the rail kit and injectors separately?
  19. You have the unshrouded oil pickup, I suspect the shrouded one may be better to help stop oil surge it you plan to drive it hard. Are you upgrading anything while you are there Adam? Or will it be staying stock... Looks good mate.
  20. Farkem, just get it if you want it. I have no idea why the law is in place anyway. I would suggest doing an advanced driving course in it if you do buy, they are very tail happy in the wet.
  21. A black Stagea with a burnt out Mabuchi motor?
  22. Definitely the lower bend on the factory intake.
  23. No worries mate, glad to help. If I use braided I prefer to run a small inline filter before the restrictor, just to minimise the chance of it blocking. I have had too many oil supply issues with turbo's due to restrictors... Is the car on the road now? Where is the graph?
  24. GW Syn-x 6000 here. More importantly is the drain interval, these engines have too many tiny restrictors on vital parts to skimp on oil changes. Buy a cheaper oil and drop it more often.
