  1. It's just that time of the month...
  2. Usually a die grinder to centre the hole, then drill, then extractor. I'm sure he would have other tricks up his sleeve though...
  3. The Bosch 1000's are reliable on ethanol, the 2000's are not, as they are natural gas injectors. Moran's are great injectors, but twice the price and only start at 100lbs.
  4. Best off getting an RE4RO3A from a 300z/patrol to bolt up and build that, much stronger internals and you can easily manualise it.
  5. If you buy a genuine Walbro you should have no issues, it's the knock offs causing the confusion. I have twin 255's intank and have been running them for years on e85 without a problem. These days I would go for the e85 416L version just for the sealed plug and the fact they are designed for long term ethanol use.
  6. They need to be cleaned in an ultrasonic bath of cleaning solution, with the gauze filter in the end removed, back flushed, then flow tested. With the right equipment you could set up a jig but it would cost a lot more than $150.
  7. I was quoted $25 an injector from my wholesaler, Aznew. Without a location it makes it very hard to suggest someone to help...
  8. What's to be frustrated about? If it isn't the fuel feed it's the injectors, get them cleaned and tested as one may be blocked.
  9. What are you doing turning anyway? There is absolutely no chance of damage as the car will be hardparked constantly.
  10. It's pretty interesting to see he is having no issues with staggered fitment, I could feel slight vibration with only 1/2 inch wider on the back, and the tyres were the same size... Perhaps it's worth looking into, anyone got some staggered wheels to try?
  11. Come and get it then.
  12. That's cheap for such a good product, I run a Grex one and have had no issues with it in 4 years. (I bought it S/H) I have a brand new one here if anyone wants it, I was keeping it just in case, but this one has been very reliable.
  13. Wat? The Neo runs high impedance injectors.
  14. Haha, genuine Sard copy fuel reg with every purchace. I could nearly match their injector prices I think, once you add shipping. I guess the issue is, what happens if you have to return something...
  15. Hypergear can stuff pretty much any core you want into the stock turbo housings, but you don't want to go too big unless you plan to tune the car. One of his highflows has recently hit 280kw on 98 on a M35, all in by 3000, but the same turbo on a Skyline can go as high as 330-340kw on a highmount manifold, so our stock manifold is a little restrictive it seems. (plus auto losses) With a switch to e85 there is an easy 300-350kw with a cheap highflow upgrade, and the engine will take it all day. (The gearbox won't take that for long without building it though.) As usual Nissan over engineered the engine for longevity.
  16. Great pics, I love the rims. Have you had any vibration from the attessa running different width rims?
  17. Yep, looks legit to me, I haven't seen any e85 knockoffs yet. What did it cost you?
  18. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t5edUHgYXpM&feature=player_embedded M35 at 0:44.
  19. So if HKS used billet wheels you would have kept your Stagea turbo kit Alex? Limp.
  20. I am hoping I can jig this one up without having the car here.
  21. The problem with running a Hypergear is... there is always a better one on the way. lol
  22. I run twin 255's, they are good pumps and will outflow the 400 in twin setups, at much less current. The 400L does like higher pressures though... Any aftermarket pump should have new thicker wiring run to it, through a fuse and relay, even the Nismo will operate much better with a good power feed.
  23. The new design lower intake is finished Gleeson, and the modified HD actuator. The SS2PU with enlarged wastegate looks great, should flow very well.
  24. There are two for the M35, one for Navi cars and one without. (I have the one without) Works well but pointless if you don't have an SLD or aftermarket ecu...
