  1. Just remember, at WOT there is very little fuel being returned to the tank. Can't EFI supply a sock? If not, I may be able to help you out...
  2. I am using NGK LFR7AIX plugs, they are lasting well but I would like to take some more heat out of the combustion chamber. I tried to find LFR8's but they don't make them, you jump up to expensive racing plugs from there. ($300 a set) Looks like I am stuck with the 7's for now.
  3. While I would normally recommend Nismo gear, remember their brake lines are not ADR approved. Have you tried Maltech? Expensive but great quality. There will be something cheap around that fits, what has everyone else done?
  4. No, the Stagea is front wheel drive and will most likely have 3 segment length brake lines, where the 2wd ones are 2 segments.
  5. Glad you got the slack pr*ck working. How's it drive Josh? Now for an Emanage...
  6. It depends what boost you want to run, and what spring is in the gate.
  7. It transfers power with wheel slip and G force sensor input. Mine definitely kicks in on launch. I think there is some info in here on bleeding, it's a little complicated to run through quickly now. If you can't find it, give me a ring.
  8. You should be able to check all the basics yourself, check all the vac lines are on, look for loose hose clamps, make sure the intake is tight and the afm is plugged in properly. The stock hoses are fairly robust and don't normally split. There is a good chance the turbo threw a few blades unfortunately, is it louder than usual?
  9. If it is shifting power to the front, it sounds like the system is working ok. Are the tyres all matching and worn the same? Bleeding the attessa isn't hard with a couple of people on the job.
  10. Good for the track, lol. It's not an RB phag.
  11. I don't even check the dipstick anymore, I just dump the 5L in with a fresh filter.
  12. Abe2 makes these, he was selling some a few months ago. Perhaps he can send you a set? http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/383481-drift-pig-pipes-exhaust-tips/?hl=%2Bdrift+%2Bpipes#entry6496509
  13. They shared a room at PI last week, apparently the back of the Stagea is too cramped.
  14. Yeh, good luck with that. Sounds like you got ripped, why the $800 labour for a few corroded pins?
  15. That isn't an M35 turbo, it is off a VQ30det. A blown M35 turbo is worth good money as the housings are rare as rocking horse shit. Stao would love a spare set of housings no doubt, but not this turbo. I thought he would have picked the differences straight away.
  16. I soldered V35 yellow switch bypass modules in a few years ago when I fitted my Bride seats. I could never get the airbag light to clear with that method above, but my Consult III cleared it, no airbag light for a while now, looks promising. Like Leon, I got so used to it I never noticed the flashing.
  17. No, it's just a coil, that said some injectors show a polarity inside the plug where the pins are, no idea why...
  18. I think the new Haltech sensor is only $200. But... If you stopped being a pansy and ran straight e70-e85 you could just keep the PFC and save all that coin. Mernda United is just up the road from you...
  19. lol. All Garrett need are a few artificially inflated dyno graphs to promote their GTX range a little more imo.
  20. I wrap all my stainless dumps, I have never had any come back. I think they are talking about thin stainless exhaust manifolds, as I have seen them glow white hot before. Not something you would want to heat wrap. Does your suction pipe require bov/breather fittings also?
  21. That has a 2 1/4 pipe into it. You need a 3 inch. From my experience the Magnaflows have a loud deep note. I have found Xforce mufflers better at lowering decibels if that's what you are after.
  22. I think it will be. There will be no problems cracking 300kw on ethanol mate. I have another external gate project to do first, a 400kw Hypergear billet T67 10cm t25 off a 6boost manifold, to be installed into an s15 with built 2L (auto) on e85. It should be a weapon too but laggy.
  23. Not without the car here. If you want the system bled properly, see if Craig (Jetwreck) can help. Otherwise go to the mechanic, perhaps get him to do a carbon test on the radiator bubbles just to rule out the head gasket while you are there. These engines are quite hard to bleed, most mechanics won't do it right. It can take a few days (hot/cold cycles and driving) to get all the air out.
