  1. There is only one O2 sensor on the turbo, bank one. It is seeing a lean condition and can't add enough fuel to compensate. If the o2 sensor was buggered it could cause this along with bad fuel economy, it needs to be checked for oscillation, otherwise you should do as Cam mentioned and check the filter and fuel pump.
  2. +1 Cheap and nasty. I have had to fix too many of their F ups to recommend them.
  3. A Varex muffler would help, they are one of the best sound deadening mufflers I have found so far, and then you can close the flap to silence them if you need to. My 3.5 inch one doesn't drone much at all.
  4. Nulon synthetic trans fluid is fine, just don't use dextron III, it will slip and ruin your clutch plates. Back flushing is a good idea, as is dropping the pan and cleaning the filter if you are keen. Mixing antifreeze is a bad idea, but who knows what is in your cooling system now... I would flush it a few times with water and drain it completely, (the block drain plug is a pain to get to) then refill with a decent off the shelf coolant.

  7. The test I saw was 17 amp draw at 14v and 600kpa (87 psi) still flowing 216lph. You would need to set up a beefy 50amp relay/feed for twins imo.
  8. The output would be about right, a stock M35 only puts out around 130awkw. The curve looks fine too, he stomped on the pedal at 3000 revs so as it wouldn't kick down, which made it shoot up to full power instantly.
  9. If your chain has stretched or the tensioner has failed your engine will have the death rattles. It wont change power output though. Why are you so hung up on the figure? Dyno outputs are so easy to fudge it's a joke. Be happy it's all running smooth and gets you around, it will never be a race car.

  13. They last fine, they just make a farting noise as the plastic piston wears slightly it seems. A GTR/gtst one should work as so does the Kompact Turbosmart return bov.

  16. Mark the tailshaft and axles and turn them around while the box is in neutral, count the revolutions.
  17. Emanage ultimate would be fine if you can find a tuner that is willing to tune it. With those mods you should be fine for 250kw in a daily.

  20. It's usually not a good idea to wrap cast manifolds, they expand too much and crack.
  21. If you leave the wideband in petrol afr's the targets will be around the same.
