  1. Finally a PI trackday I can attend. Hopefully the auto holds up for more than a few laps. lol. Do I need a Cams licence for this one?
  2. My car feels like a damn go-cart, so much so that I will have to soften the dampening settings on the front now. I guess you only realize how much flex is in the body when you stop it flexing. I might jig a strut brace now and see if there is any benefit, I will probably have to ditch the plenum spacer though.
  3. So they welded the afm mount backwards? You cant turn the afm around? I guess you will have to get a new afm mount welded on otherwise. PM me if you have issues.
  4. No worries Ryan, the dynamat was ordered but it hadn't come in yet, they are going to post it once it arrives. I will let you know mate.
  5. I don't know, I have the hole on mine and when I block the hole it can act like you mentioned. The intake is the key, the stock bov return is on a crappy angle, it needs to point toward the compressor. If any air goes back up the intake the afm voltage will drop causing what you described.
  6. The way Nissan get around it is to drill a small (4mm) bypass hole in the bov. Does yours have one? Are you running the stock intake? The angle of the bov return can have a lot to do with it.
  7. I hope that goes well... Has his Emanage been rewired yet? Last I heard his cam actuators were powering it. lol.
  8. It did but the zorst is stupidly loud atm.
  9. Are you back from Japan yet Marko? Lucky bugger...
  10. I just fitted the Daleo cro-mo under car brace, it took no longer than 5 minutes to bolt in and should stiffen up the chassis in the front end nicely. Other than bolting it in I needed to slightly bend the bracket with a shifter for clearance so it didn't rub on the bar. I will critique the improvement in handling later tonight after I go for a drive but it certainly looks the goods. Thanks Dale.
  11. And more powers. Trolololol. Haha. Photo of said restriction?
  12. The rear cargo hook bolts back in no problem if you want them to cut the hole...
  13. I could be interested Andy, are you buying them Mohsen? I have a few sets of rims here you could fit to sell it...
  14. I had better get the shopping list off to Nissan so they can update mine on Fast.
  15. It probably has 3 times that on the clock. Most do. The odo's get wound back all the time unfortunately. If you want genuine k's you are best importing it yourself through iron chef.
  16. Just call them Josh, I was going to do a group buy but they are already setup to do all the shipping etc, and the prices are great without a bulk discount.
  17. And what does that mean for me? I cant be putting out 370kw with a 71 surely... I hope not...
  18. The USA carpet is like felt underneath, the cheaper one is just rubber backed.
  19. Anything intermittent like this is usually the afm plug has dry solder joints, which is an easy fix. If you can try a mate's working afm and test it you can easily rule the afm out.
  20. I have some prices back for the mat sets, there are quite a few options but this will give you an idea what they will charge. I think its great this company was willing to customise mat sets for us, lets make it worth their while. Standard loop or plush carpet in various colors: 2 front mats: $75 4 floor mats: $85 Full set including hump mat with velcro: $95 Cargo mat: $80 USA quality plush carpet, soft feel, only 4 colors: 2 front mats: $95 4 floor mats: $125 Full set including hump mat with velcro: $145 Cargo Mat: $100 I will try to get some decent pics when its not raining but the fit is perfect and the feel of the USA plush carpet is amazing. Very happy with the result, the Grey I chose is nearly the same shade of the stock Grey carpet, even though the pics show differently. They cut squares out for the luggage hooks in the back, hopefully it sits well with the hook over the mat, you can ask for the hole or leave it underneath, your call. Contact All Car Carpets on 1800 227 628 and tell them Scott with the white Stagea gave you the number. http://www.all-car-carpets.com.au/
  21. Whaddya expect writing essays like that mate. lol.
  22. Very smart but when you take the knock sensor out of the equation you are asking for trouble. Essentially you want to make smooth power so the knock sensor doesn't back the timing out. Did you look at the HKS manifold adapter? That's what I call a restriction, but the results you have seen, are they running the same kit?
  23. No need to replace it, just clean the 1mm hole out as it blocks up sometimes and kills the turbo. It feeds the turbo with oil as it's the oil feed restrictor.
  24. I think its just a paper filter Duncan, It does have factory cruise though.
  25. Nope, I haven't had the diff's apart but the part number for the M35 centre is different, there are probably differences between them. I was looking at a Cusco centre before we realised the 350z one fitted complete.
