  1. I have one here you can buy Craig...
  2. Their GT30 runs the to4 0.7ar front right? Im not sure that housing will fit yet, although it would be a great option if it does. I have managed to get the 3 inch GT35 0.5ar front in there but I have the same issue with the GTX35 front, not knowing how much bigger the housing is in diameter.
  3. So am I, are they the same housing and chra sizes? I dont have any room to play with.
  4. The issue with comparing is you forget mine is auto, there would be a 25kw drain there even with the torque converter locked when compared to a manual box. I really should fit the 33 GTR box I have here to claw back that lost power but then the diff ratios are way out. I dont need a 400+kph top speed. lol. I have to work with what I have atm.
  5. What is this GTX3588? never heard of it till this thread and the GT35 has a larger rear than GT30. You may have issues fitting the GT35 under the passenger side as HKS have arranged it. If you want more go, I would just dump some e85 in the tank and retune. Should be good for over 500.
  6. Garrett were right to keep the rear the same, that way people could upgrade their older turbo's if they wanted, also less issues ala BW EFR. I have successfully cloned myself into their target market, having the VQ25det which is low comp (8.5:1) with variable cams to wake the turbo up and good head flow it eats whatever boost the GTX3071 throws at it. I am now at a cross roads though, and only have 3 Garrett upgrade options. GTX3076, GT35, and GTX35 all of which should just squeeze in to the tiny space I have for them under the engine.
  7. Mine has the dealer hardcoat, no issues here. They are the ones Daleo, great lookin rimz.
  8. And rears are too short, and completely wrong rates.
  9. There is an oem V35 19 inch rim by Rays I think, thats what the previous owner of my new rims upgraded to. I assume they are staggered though. 2 sets of front R35 gtr rims would be horn but I will be happy to just get the larger rolling diameter. Im currently on 17 x 8 inch V35 rims, +30 and +33, with 235 45 17's (looking to sell soon) The new rims are 18 x 8 inch V35 rims, +30 all around and I plan to get around 235 45 18's. Sorry I dont have any pics yet, they are a dark chrome 7 spoke, got them for $550 with staggered tyres.
  10. I just bought myself some V35 18's but I wont be able to afford tyres for a while, too many other parts to buy. lol.
  11. Got a pic? Are these the 18's or 19's?
  12. No, V35 coilovers will be too short. Go the BC's
  13. My EMU is running perfectly with 1000's on e85 so it can definitely work well. EMU can also get rid of the airflow cuts etc too. I found its good to learn with as the stock ecu esentially runs everything from the start allowing you to tweak fuel then timing. There was one with universal harness in the for sale section a while back for $400. I do agree with Lithium, the link looks the pick and I will probably be upgrading to the G4 one day, just for the electronic throttle and cam control.
  14. Of course they wont be replacing the turbo under warranty anyway. Too small a restrictor will definitely cause issues and I have seen too many GT35 turbine wheels shear the shaft at the rear bearing to not run a good supply of oil to it. Just my opinion though.
  15. No issue with my GTX and no restrictor, I have 8.5 bar peak oil pressure on the gauge.
  16. Spotted a white c34 on South Gippsland hwy/Princess intersection today, nice and clean buddy. Saw another white c34 parked off the road at Sandown this morning.
  17. I find with my car, (which has the MIL up constantly due to an Emanage) I cant do a idle learn because it reverts back to 900 revs when I restart it. Im guessing you have the same issue. Can you get Nissan or someone with an obd2 reader that works to read the codes?
  18. True, Craig drove my car today and felt the rear needed to be lightened a couple of clicks but I like it on the firmer side. Perhaps I should have another play now the castor arms are in. Probably should get another alignment done when the rear camber bolts get here too.
  19. So did I. See you in the pits Birds.
  20. It depends who does the work. Most of that you could fix yourself on the cheap.
  21. Got the adjustable castor arms in today. Thanks Craig.
  22. I ran the Tomei on ethanol for over year with no problems, same as Nismo apparently. They should be good for over 400wkw with e85 and will work on stock voltages if you want. Im currently running twin Walbro's and have been guarenteed they will be fine with e85, from the testing various workshops have done.
  23. Theres nothing really serious in there, surely the importer would fix them for you? Or is this a private sale?
  24. Considering the Nismo is good for 450-500kw its worth every cent. If you want a cheaper pump get the deatchworks or aeromotive pumps, they are a highflow pump in a walbro package and can be easily fitted into any tank with a few hoseclamps. The M35 comes with a built in surge assembly. Surely there is somewhere you can fit one under yours? If you decide to get one made, use the stock pump intank and run 044's off the surge.
  25. After I put the swaybars in I found my BC's need to be set fairly firm. Dirt roads can be a little annoying now, great on the road though.
