  1. Is the engine light up?
  2. If you need to tell him how to fix it, he isn't the man for the job. Have you worked out the codes yet? What mods do you have if any?
  3. Could be many things, even the throttle pedal wiring can cause that...
  4. The Greddy's have long tanks for a reason, they are needed to flow well. Your PWR endtanks are too short and high velocity air wont make it to the top of the core without a fight imo. Im running 310awkw on a 220mm cut down Greddy core.
  5. I would like a race bar for the track, with working brake ducts...
  6. And the temp/map sensors, im not sure the stock ones are up to the task and I want to ditch the afm.
  7. The vacuum must be immense, I had to laugh at GuiltToy's video of the pod filter collapsing on the dyno. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/287968-guilt-toy-in-georgia-former-soviet-union/page__st__240 I would love to modify my stock airbox to fit two panel filters, or design a new one. That should halve the vacuum I guess.
  8. Ooo, suits my car... Looks like we need to talk. Again... lol.
  9. The lower bend will still suck shut at around 250kw but that setup will work quite well up till then.
  10. Surely there is someone that can fit an emanage ultimate, perhaps you could install it yourself then just find a tuner to run it up for you? Anyone over there work with the emanage?
  11. Thats not what you said when Aaron asked...
  12. I think I paid $350au a pair for the kings on my Soarer, that was a while ago though. I cant imagine they are $100 now, we get ripped over here for most parts. Still, my point is the V35 rear spring rates aren't suited to our wagons.
  13. I use the Informeter, its spot on. Its only the dash thats out, the ecu gets the correct speed data. Perhaps one of the Jaycar speed adjusters would work on the dash?
  14. V35 springs may well be too soft at the back, mine were. The fronts were too low for everyday driving, I had to put a spacer above the spring. The BC's cost me $1200, not much more than a set of V35 King springs cost and I can set them up however I want.
  15. The stock one can externally vent too, if you stick a grub screw in the little bypass hole... Why don't you just block it off until the intake is fabricated properly?
  16. A quick google search shows why, its a 900+hp turbo crammed into a GT35 housing. http://www.ringer-racing.com/product.sc?productId=177 http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2169691 http://www.theboostlab.com/store/productimage.php?product_id=600
  17. You may be up for a road trip like all the other guys, I don't know of any tuners in the country (other than Cihan, Etuner) that would tune the emanage ultimate on our car. If you did find someone they would have a steep learning curve to iron out all the problems, Cihan has tuned my car many times over the last 2 years and has learnt all the tricks to our ecu already. Why dont you all get together for a roadtrip? The injectors need to be fitted when the emanage gets installed. Speak to Jetwreck for the turbo install.
  18. Well I am definitely keen to try it out, I have a solid electronics background so I shouldn't need too much help. PM me.
  19. lol. That might just work...
  20. Haha, my boost peak is 1.92 bar according to the informeter. The issue isnt boost but air volume and this turbo blows a lot of air. Still a fair bit in the old girl but the engine has been running at over 20 psi for two years now, as well as burning the ethanol.
  21. I found a good and quick way to bleed the system. Fill it as best you can and drive the car a short way, you will most definitely overheat but you need to get all the bubbles moving. Once the thermostat has opened fully you can crack the rear bleed and get all the air out. Now you need to make sure the overflow is full as when the car cools down it will fill the system automatically. Repeat the next day after filling from the rear bleed point when cold and you should be fine. Its the only way I have found without doing it a dozen times or more.
  22. It certainly looks good Ash, I would like to try one of these units out but I wouldn't have a clue where to start with a technical review, are you looking for test evidence? My old school battery charger just blew up a gel cell I was charging so I have been looking for a decent electronic version to replace it.
  23. 370cc when new, probably much less than that now...
  24. Fcon perhaps?
  25. I have one here if you want it,..
