Hi Im thinking of purchasing a r32 gtr roll cage but i have never seen anything like this before so was wondering if any1 out there as seen or read about it before. Its a cusco 8 point roll cage, the blue version and has padding but the unusual part is that it has adjustable points on the main bar that sits behind the front seats.. It has screwable adjusters on both lower sides (about 9-10 inches from the floor) and on the top mounts (just after where u would attach the front bars roughly above driver and passenger heads would be). I will get some pics in the next few days and i have already searched the net and cant find thing similar. Was wondering how badly it would affect the structural integrity of the cage. cheers Calvin

Sonic Racing was bought over a number of years ago and has since closed down, they were located in box hill near the corner of station street and canturbury road. The origional owner of the shop opened up REVZONE so u might want to give them a call and see if they did your mates rebuild.

Good looking 32... go the 32's ..if it checks out and i read that it has...go for it.. spend a little more for less headache. If the car is in that great a conditon then the owner or the salesperson is generally going to ask for a little bit more money.. U can go and buy a cheap 10k or less 32gtst but if there was an engine failure of some sort imagine the cost of having it either rebuilt or having another donk dropped in. I know it would cost around or more then 3k...

I bought a chargespeed quick release system which has a ball type lock and its very tight...there is almost no play what so ever. I did however buy a D1 version initially but i returned it for the chargespeed as it had quite a bit of play and moved around way to much for my liking... just my 2 cents.

would be pretty hard 2 find a complete 32gtr shell now. Non compliable gtr's or shells brought in as parts need 2 be generally cut in 2. U can import a gtr wif a cams license for cheaper but the problem is finding someone wif a cams license whos willing to do it for u. It took me a few months 2 find a almost complete shell (had minor front dmg less motor and various parts) and it cost me over 5k. I do know of an undamaged 32gtst shell in melb but thats all it is... a complete and undamaged shell.. it might have the rear and front glass on it. If your intrested i can find out if the wreckers still has it and i can pm u the details. cheers Calvin

Hi I have a super single os giken clutch which i had rebuilt and did around 2k on it before i decided on an engine upgrade. I have bought a twin plate as the single wouldnt be able 2 handle the power so its sitting there doing nothing.. if your intrested ill take some pics of it tomorrow and i can email it 2 u.
