Spoke 2 a mate of mine 2day about this accident.. he was there when the accident occured.. he and a couple of guys were on the bridge that overlooks the tram tracks and he said he saw both the cars dragging and the skyline had pulled in front of the prelude and cut in front of him and lost it around the bend. He saw the liner slide sideways and into the pole.. now his not sure but he said the skyline had personal plates which were "NOCTRL" ... dont know if anybody has seen a skyline wif those plates before.. i know i havent. My condolences goes out to the families and mates affected... its never a nice thing when something as tagic as this happens.

hi does any1 know if the hks camp will work inconjunction with the power fc jetro since this version doesnt use airflow metres but map sensors? i wanted 2 get a hks camp but since im going 2 be using the jetro version is it a waste of money 4 me .....

Thanks for the feedback. I know of hyper tech and Eric. Also heard the same that his pretty exp and pretty darn good at fiddling with gtrs. I know ill be eating 30cent noodles for the next 4 years if i went there for a full rebuild. As tempting as it sounds to eat 30cent noodles i might just go there and get it tuned and running properly wif a power fc or a motec once the rebuild is done. Think i might stick 2 mikes for a rebuild. One last question .... the other alternative to a rebuild was to get another rb26. I know of an engine with unknow internals but on the outside has tomei fuel lines, cams, oil cooler, catch can, braided lines, some hybrid twin turbs. Its still sitting in the car and ive driven it... goes haaaaaaaaard. cars being pulled apart so i was thinking of getting that engine plus gearbox (hks short shifter) and the rollcage. All those parts 2 gether is going to cost alot more then getting mikes 2 rebuild but ive driven that car and boy does that car make you smile. wouldnt mind that as a daily driver.

Hey Guys. Has any had any experience of mikes dynos. Ive seen a few cars go through there including my friends type r integ but that aint finished yet so i dont know how good he is. i know he builds hot rods and cop cars and of lately almost nothing but jap cars of various assortments. Im thinking of going 2 mikes for a strengthened rebuild of my motor... basically i want forged pistons and some h - beams to strengthen the internals for a turb upgrade. So im wondering if any 1 has had 1st hand experience and who else would you recommend to rebuild an rb26. Also ...... should i stay twin turbs with hks 2340's or go single turb with a GT40?? .. decisions decision?.. cheers. Calv

AAMI is slow as but they are quick sometimes but it depends on circs. eg. if ur car was written of in the hailstorms or floods .... within 5 days u get a cheque, if stolen ... pray to god and if written off in a freak accident anywhere from a week to 2 yrs. working there u hear some funny stuff ... hahaha. And i wrote of my civic a few yrs ago and i was wif cgu ... 3 months till pay out and i got shit all back. flipped it 6 times.... rolled it good..not a single undamaged

Hey guys Just wondering if theres really any use to getting a SAFC for a gtr. I heard that its not much use and better to use a power pc. But got offered a safc real cheap. Any benifits 2 using it on a gtr?

I got quoted $4893 wif just cars on a 91 r32 gtr rating 5 .. i had a few accidents ... haha . getting is accessed by one of the supervisors for a better deal hopefully :s
