Everything on the list is done, the car just now needs a good clean. Time to break out the meguires clay bar etc etc. -
Personally im waiting for these to come out. http://www.koya.com.au/product_info.php?cPath=96&products_id=193 Will be out later this year in 17 x 8,9 or 10. They will build them to a custom PCD and Offset which sounds good.

I would imagine finding a VW kombi would be a bit challenging will have a look around though. My dogs name is Dobby have had him for about 2 years, awesome dog. scared of the camera haha. Well, the car went in for a roadworthy yesterday and as I feared a few things came up that I have to fix but its no biggy. 1. Headlight lenses smokey - Done. 2. Wiper blades need replacing - Done. 3. Small chip in windscreen - Setting atm. 4. Bare wiring in engine bay (just need to hook them up to the sensors) - Done. 5. Clutch bite point too low - about to sus this out. 6. Front bump stops need replacing - this is the only annoying one. So I will need to buy some new bump stops for the front suspension and get them done early next week. Not sure where im going to get some new ones, could go Nissan or some aftermarket stuff? -
Buy it then Parcel shelf gone

Heres the update i said i would do 3 days ago Bought some CTP insurance for it today as its heading off for a roadworthy tomorrow and hopefully if that goes all smooth it will get rego. Promise I will invest in a decent camera one day. Ahh its glowing! The back now seems to be a bit higher so umm some new adjustable coilovers to come. Not much has happened here except for the new Nismo shifter Still need to clean up the back a bit more, will put some of the side trim so it looks a bit better and so its a bit more 'roadworthy' and safe. Thats about it for stripping at the moment, still have some engine mods that are waiting on a bit more cash and then onto suspension, will have to spruce-up the interior a bit also its getting a bit worn. -

Havnt updated this in a while, will do tomorrow. Depends how far you have already gone with the job, if the sound deadening is still fully in there it takes a few days to clear it all by yourself. If you only have the left over bits of glue/gunk it doesnt take very long at all. Heat up the bits with a heat gun and then wipe it away with a dirty rag. -

Time for another update. Started my first gearbox removal clutch install this week and it has been yet another learning curve, figuring out how to get to the top gearbox bolt, removing the spigot bearing etc etc... So jacked the front and back of the car up, went to almost max height of my car stands. Demon Sausage dog Everything went smooth until the top gear box bolt was left... spent a few hours trying to get at it with about 5 socket extenders then gave up for the day . Got up in the mourning bought a wobble joint and was able to remove the bolt in about 10 minutes So got the gearbox off and removed the pressure plate and clutch. Yes... i drove quite a distance with it slipping till 5k then grabbing for a second, fk getting a towie. Its worn quite badly and started to come apart a little bit. Time to get the flywheel off to get it machined and my air tools didn't quite make the cut. So another dodgy was needed. So with the use of my trusty bar blade it was off. Cleaned up a bit of the grease and dirt build up and got the flywheel machined and ready to bolt down. Just have to go borrow someones torque wrench and it can all go back togather.
