  1. Hahahaha. Yeah. Nothing at all on my car can be considered to 'look very sweet'
  2. Well it would be appear GLWS doesn't stand for Good Luck, Will Sell. So I'm happy to give this away for $600. Take it from me. That's $1.50 per KW.
  3. That's also kind of the reason it's become so popular. most of his really good stuff will bolt up to stock everything, and is in the power level where a stock engine internal is considered 'safe'. Its simple, 'easy', bolts right on, works well, looks inconspicuous and in terms of response vs power is really in the sweet spot for a usable yet powerful engine for a RB25DET GT3582 is considerably not there, its of the area where you need ideally a forged engine, different manifolds, more displacement to find that balance between lag and power.
  4. He should buy an ATR45....
  5. Hi All Anyone know what these rims are? Sadly I only have 2. Would like to get 2 more as they don't look entirely bad and mismatched rims aint such a great look, even for people that give little amount of farks like I do. Google images reckons they're similar to an Advan wheel, but aren't exactly the same. Maybe a knock off? If anyone knows so I can search around for some it'd be helpful!
  6. I found, god knows where (and may be sadly inaccurate) that it was 1370. However in the real world, it always seems to be heavier than what the spec sheet says
  7. NZ is quality, to just drive around and relax and do nothing. I did a bit of a road trip around both islands. It was nice. It really is a nicer version of Australia, so going there is just... nice. In a good way. Everything is... nice. also, nice. Big fan of Vietnam and Cambodia, especially the way less travelled bits. You'd want more than a week though, as getting to these areas involve 5-8 hour bus/train adventures which given you'd have to come back, would really eat into your time.
  8. Respectfully.... (especially as you helped remove that bitch manifold).... ...f**k you
  9. Dump pipe has been separated and sold pending payment!
  10. Howdy all, I have a Hypergear ATR45 for sale. This is Hypergear's take on a GT3582. It's new. It's done maybe 40kms. Not 40,000kms, 40. Here's a couple of dyno sheets of one in action on a RB25 (431rwkw) http://www.digi-hardware.com/images/dynosheets/atr45/atr45270212/atr45power.jpg http://www.digi-hardware.com/images/dynosheets/atr45/atr45270212/atr45boost.jpg 18psi on another car: (385rwkw) https://fbcdn-sphotos-g-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/t1/r270/1622751_804351736245854_1333795786_n.jpg The above link was Interally Gated. It currently has a rear housing on it that is IWG (0.82), that will bolt to a T3 Manifold, with a Nissan pattern dump. (which is also for sale - link to new variant here -> http://justjap.com/index.php/hpi-turbine-outlet-pipe-nissan-rb20det-rb25det.html) This turbo will bolt to all the factory lines, factory manifold, factory dump, factory all of the things. There's a bit of backyard engineering to hold the flapper shut if you want EWG, or you could just get any rear housing you want, and bolt it to literally anything. HG typically market this as an XR6T turbo. Selling it cause I went smaller, as I'm not man enough for this turbo. Maybe you are. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34875173/Parts/ATR451.jpg https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34875173/Parts/ATR452.jpg https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34875173/Parts/ATR453.jpg https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34875173/Parts/ATR454.jpg https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34875173/Parts/HPI1.jpg https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34875173/Parts/HPI2.jpg https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34875173/Parts/HPI3.jpg I'd like $799.99 for the turbo, $999.99 if if you want the dump too, and I'll even throw in a front pipe, and you're good to go from the turbo forward (incl the turbo!), and lots of 99.99 to make it appear cheaper. Will entertain offers that are entertaining. I'm in Melbourne. If you're in Melbourne I'll even deliver it. Will ship it but it's heavy. Please assist in removing this from my desk, thankyou.
  11. http://justjap.com/index.php/hpi-turbine-outlet-pipe-nissan-rb20det-rb25det.html Or you could just buy mine, sitting on my desk now for considerable discount! (this is the one scotty mentioned was quite decent)
  12. If you want to cut the reo bar, that is... given the kit specifically mentions that you don't need to cut it. (you do)
  13. more rage stories be me need fmic buy bolt on no modifications required blitz IC attempt to bolt on doesn't fit hi greg, enjoy series 2 bs again buy reo and front bar, cause they go together $650 later look at new reo is same between s1 and s2. f**k SAKE.
  14. Scott is good. Honorable mention to Abe @ Havoc too, if for some reason you get some E85 on you and get ravaged like a Rabid animal.
  15. This may sound dumb, but there's only one way to really be sure ey?
  16. Unless you have a series 2 R34
  17. Anyone got an example of this noise? My new turbo is making a noise also, but I wouldn't describe it as 'abnormally' loud.
  18. Hey. Anyone know anywhere where one can purchase something f**king mundane, possibly the most mundane of all Skyline bits. A R34 N/A Series 1 Grey Front bar? Bonus points for a rear bar and skirts, for a sedan. Surely these must be lying in piles somewhere. but where?
  19. See above.
  20. This forum has issues with certain browsers which result in double posts.
  21. Why? Plotting the power graphs seems to be as good a comparison as any, you can't compare one dyno with another unless someone takes the car to both which is unlikely as they're in different states. Saying that you can't plot them together in excel is like saying you can't pay attention to ANY dyno result as the data isn't conclusive. I get that it isn't RIGIDLY conclusive, but if you can't look at/compare dyno results then why even print/post them?
  22. It isn't reaaallly much laggier if you compare the power curves. Mat's is a little better between 4000-4500 RPM, but after that the curves are very similar. Keeping in mind Mat's is running 28 PSI in that range and Tony's is running 22, 'more power' in that region is not hard to believe. In addition to that, Tony's is a 3582 spec turbo vs a 3076, so it's 'expected' Also how long do people really spend between 4000 and 4500 rpm? For me this is range of RPM I am in for about 0.01s of time, so does it really make much any difference? See also IWG vs EWG. If Tony had an EWG and 28PSI running through it, i'd be really interested to compare the Hypergear unit to say, a FP HTA 3582 spec unit, it'd have to be in the same 'general' ballpark. Always tricky with different car, different dyno, different tuner, different state, but if you overlay the graphs in excel there's not a real tangibly huge difference.
  23. I found myself comparing your result to 34 GeeTeeTee's result with the FP HTA 3076, and while yours "looks" laggier for the power made (385 vs 391) I was initially disappointed until I realised the 3076 result is running 28-24psi boost vs 22 falling down to 18. Will be very interesting to see how it operates with more boost wound into it. I'm keen to try mine. Stao please send it to OTR
  24. Does that typically apply to 25's or 25NEO's as well? Just curious, as I went and put Type B's in.. because.. it seemed like a good idea at the time.
